Easy Resort Access
Open the door and walk 10 yards for easy access to the Village Lift. Pop on your skis and take the lift for easy access to either Stateside or Tramside Base. The free Jay Peak shuttle runs year-round between the condos, Tramside Base and Stateside and stops right by the condo to take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. Also, newly added is the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center at Stateside. The new Rec Center hosts a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. Perfect stay for our group of 10! So convenient to all areas of Jay Peak Resort, we were able to ski in and ski out from the house. The shuttle was helpful on days we didn't want to drive. The hot tub was a nice addition. We'd stay again!
The family enjoyed the property. There were many thoughtful amenities like easy wi-fi and contactless phone chargers everywhere and the location was fantastic. There was a very convenient slope a short walk away and the shuttle stopped just a few yards from the front door.
Great house - plenty of towels, utensils, very comfortable and great location. Not a far walk to the main hotel and easy to get to the slopes. Great downstairs for family to spread out. Highly recommend
Jonathan was very responsive throughout the whole process. The house was a great size, well maintained, and good location. We had a great family vacation and hope to do it again!
Great place to stay for a family vacation. Jonathan’s family house has all the technology one could imagine. Hot tub is amazing, especially after a day on the slopes. He provides everything you need and more. Definitely recommend this property.
This condo was great! Very roomy and much bigger than it looked online. The condo & hot tub were very well kept and clean! The owner had great communication throughout the entire visit. Looking forward to booking this yearly!
The pictures undersell the property. Bedrooms are nicely separated from main living space. House comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 teens.
Place was amazing with an incredible location and the owners were super responsive, they also have the best house manual in the business. We also happen to hit the weather and Eclipse timing perfectly, could not have been better!!

Perfect Vermont accommodations! We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The townhouse surpassed our expectations and the pictures did not do it justice. Thank you Jonathan for sharing your home with us. Our kids and Grandkids were in awe the whole weekend.
One of the better condos at Jay as far as convenience
The condo was located in a great spot - easy to get to from village lift. The bottom entrance of the condo is super convenient to be able to take off gear. We’ve stayed in a couple different condos at Jay and this one ranks at top. Everything you need plus little enhancements. Boot warmer ,hot tub “, phone chargers everywhere. Of course it helps that Jay got 4 inches overnight while we visited so skiing was better then expected!
Nous étions 8 personnes (5 adultes et 3 enfants) et la propriété était parfaite pour nous. La vue est superbe et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
Though there was a short walk to the ski trails, this is a VERY common thing for Jay Peak.
The house was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, chef’s knives, pots/pans, air fryers, blenders - more than I have in my own home.
Jonathan’s response time to any question or request was so quick - even on Christmas Eve and Day.
I’d recommend the location and owner to anyone and hope to stay there again.
Loved our time here. Owner was very communicative. Checked in. Responded quickly to questions. The closest ski slope to the home was not open so we drove the half mile to the slopes but that was no big deal. Would absolutely stay here again. 4 adults. 6 teenagers.
Space was comfortable and the hosts were super accommodating. Everything you could need was supplied by the rental. Perfect for the teenagers to ski in and out of. Couldn’t be happier with the rental.
What a wonderful property!! Great location and wonderful home with plenty of space for 2 families to stretch out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well appointed and perfect for making meals or snacks after a full day on the slopes or in the woods. Lots of electronic updates that enhanced the enjoyment of our stay as well. The hot tub was a special treat, especially after a long cold day. Jonathan was very responsive and provided excellent communication. We love Jay and can't wait to visit again soon!
We had a wonderful time at this property! It was comfortable and cozy, clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this property!
Cameras should all be turned off. I felt like we were being watched and listened to the entire stay. We were blamed for previous tenants dog poop that was under the snow. We cleaned up ours as responsible dog owners. But the previous tenants did not

I wouldn’t rent to Greg again. He disrespected our property by allowing his pets to use our hot tub deck as their bathroom. When I was alerted to this by our hot tub maintenance worker, Greg lied about doing it. I used the exterior security camera, which was properly disclosed in the listing, to verify what was going on and repeated my request to Greg to stop doing it.
He also broke our house rules by bringing 3 dogs even though our house rules specifically state only 2 dog max.
We had a great stay during Thanksgiving/ opening ski weekend. The condo had everything we needed!
The house was perfect for our group of friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving together and get out skiing early in the season. There was not a lot of terrain opened on the mountain but it was enough to get our ski legs back and get the first time skiers out and have lessons. When we were done skiing it was a short drive (about 3 minutes) to the waterpark. We brought all of our meals with us and were able to heat it and save leftovers. We had all of the necessities and more in the kitchen, there was plenty of paper supplies, and even a pack and play and toys for the toddler so we didn't have to bring ours. We were very happy with how responsive the owner was with any questions we had, even on Thanksgiving Day. The icing on the cake was the very comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels to use for showering and having a relaxing hot tub to after skiing. The only small downside I would even mention for unexperienced travelling skiers, is that ski in/ski out is dependent on the time of year and amount of natural snow thats fallen. This condo is in the middle of the 2 hotel/ lodges on the mountain and if there has not been enough snow then it will require some driving to get to the base to get on the lift. After staying in many VRBO rentals, I highly reccomend this condo to anyone for a family trip.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for pointing out that the ability to ski-in/out is dependent on the time of year and amount of natural snow. Our condo is right across from Raccoon Run, and if the Village lift is not running , you do have to drive or take the shuttle to another base. We will update the listing to reflect that.
