This two bedroom getaway in Troy, features a gorgeous property with 180 degree views, wonderful sunsets and starry nights, and a cozy house. With 2 king beds and 2 twin beds spread across 2 bedrooms, the home can sleep up to six.

All new linens and pillows. Heads-up that the spiral staircase to upstairs loft bedroom is super sturdy, and should be used with care. That is where the half bath is. Full bath is downstairs near master bedroom. The house offers all the comforts of home. With cozy rugs and blankets, and a corner office. Some games and a record player.

Fully stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Also heating, hair dryer, iron, and WiFi. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with towels and soaps for your convenience.

The pond is clean and deep in the middle, but should only be used at tenants own risk and liability. There is a raft to ride out to the middle to swim from. And a double person kayak.

There are two snow tubes in the shed.

You may not want to leave the house, but Jay Peak Resort, is only twenty minutes away. Or twenty minutes the other direction to Newport, VT. One hour to Stowe or Smugglers Notch.

Great views, perfect for a nature getaway, all the little things you need are there. My family and I loved sledding down the hill and enjoying the views. Far enough away where you feel secluded but an easy twenty minutes to grocery stores, skiing and all types of activities. Host was great and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent and very convenient to Jay Peak Ski Resorts. The host was extremely welcoming and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. This is such a gem of a place! The house is beautiful and clean, with a nice open floor plan complete with a wood burning stove that just ups the coziness factor for a winter stay. The views of the mountains from this house are absolutely stunning and worth it alone! You can ski Jay Peak (which is indeed a very easy 20 minute drive) and then have a drink back at the house while admiring the very mountain you just skied! 10/10 would stay again.

The house was as beautiful as in the pictures. The view is amazing as well. Very quiet and peaceful. Has plenty of room and space for everyone. We will rent again for our next trip.

We came up for a late season ski trip. The house was just as described, very bright, and the views were beautiful! Very quiet, exactly what we were hoping for. Jen was very communicative. We will definitely stay again.

My wife, myself and our dog Rosie stayed for five nights and loved the house.The sunsets are incredible and the home and deck are set up to take full advantage. Nice big yard for the dog to run, comfortable deck, inside the home is appointed nicely, kitchen tools, etc.Big comfortable bedroom on the main floor and another bedroom and bath upstairs. We were extremely comfortable and the home is very private. Nice location to take advantage of what the Northeast Kingdom has to offer.Highly recommended

Winter wonderland with a view

We arrived on a beautiful sunny day with snow piled up everywhere. We could see Jay Peak in the distance and the many fields were covered with a fresh blanket of snow. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows for our whole crew. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make full meals including some extras like fresh baked cookies. Jen was a responsive host when we had questions and made things easy for us.

Amazing mountain views! The home is tucked away and the location is perfect for a vacation retreat. We skied at Jay Peak and it was a 20 minute drive. On a rainy day, we drove a little over an hour south to Waterbury and visited Ben & Jerry’s, Cabot, Woodstock Market, and Stowe Street Emporium. Great location and responsive host!
