(25 years and older only) This is a wonderful place to visit to experience downtown living in a small community atmosphere. You have everything at your footstep from privacy to rooftop fun.
There's community spaces throughout from entertaining to privacy. You can even take a bike ride to get around. There is a public park with an Olympic sized pool ($9 for guest) right across the street and a tennis court.
5 star restaurants are within walking distance and shopping is very near. Local attractions are within 15 min. You won't be disappointed with your stay. Space is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 kid 12 years and older.
All booked guest must upload a valid driver’s license when booking. No exceptions! The drivers license will also be requested at the property prior to receiving keys and they must match booking.
There is a $250 incidentals deposit that must be paid in advance as well. This is fully refundable if all is well upon vacating property. It is fully refundable within 3 days. You must also book with insurance via VRBO.

Great building in the heart of Clayton. Easy walk to most neighborhoods. Building was modern, clean, friendly, quiet. Didn't use rooftop but peeked and it was beautiful. I hiccup at check in quickly resolved by owner who was very responsive. Unit was perfect for a weekend event. If $ works for you would recommend!
New Owners Trying Very Hard to Please - Worth the stay, but be flexible....
No reason not to stay in this unit. Give it a try if the price is right. Very clean, well kept, modern appliances, great location. Nice building with great picnic / grilling area on the roof with amazing views. With any new owner, there are some hick ups along the way, however. In our case, the combination lock on the door failed due to a battery failure (undetectable to the naked eye and required a special tool to pop). The lock out key with the building did not work as the lock had been blocked anyway . In the end, the ordeal took two hours and the owner and the building engineer did arrive tor resolve the issue. The owners went out of their way to "make good" for this experience. The owners keep the unit well stocked with goodies and are generally responsive otherwise. Also suggest being tolerant of heavy marijuana odor in the garage (at all hours) where you park - that's not on the owners, that's on the "scene" the building operators clearly permit on their property, despite its high-end appeal.

But we compensated you with a complimentary one night stay for the hassle so it all worked out well. In regards to the garage, our building leases it from the adjoining building. We’ve had over a 100 night stays in this property and no one has ever mentioned anything about marijuana. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Unfortunately, that is something beyond our control too being that our building owners don’t own the garage. We are glad you and the family enjoyed our amenities, our apartment, the goodies and the location. We welcome you back anytime.

The rooftop gives a 360 view of St. Louis along with a visual view of the Arch. You can enjoy a day in the rooftop jacuzzi or a sit in the pool to relax. There is a also a gas grill if you are seeking to have a rooftop experience picnic (for booked guest only). The property is within a local community with a public park right across the street You can walk the community to lots of restaurants and shops. The shopping mall is 5 minutes from the property along with grocery stores and other amenities. The highway is close as well.
