Spacious, upgraded 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Wildflower complex. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly. Please note: no smoking is permitted in the unit or on the deck.
Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, pellet stove (pellets provided), Wi-Fi, and access to a private deck.
Upstairs, the loft features a queen bed, a twin bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a second full bathroom.
The remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, new appliances, and is fully equipped with cookware and dishware. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest convenience.
Guests enjoy access to Wildflower’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ area, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
