This warm studio condo is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. The condo has trendy decor and is located on the ground floor and with shops, restaurants and a movie theater all within walking distance this condo at Mountain Shadows is the perfect place to get away. It is a short drive to Eagle lodge or you can take advantage of the free green line shuttle, #43, that has a stop right in front of the complex. With a full kitchen and full bath, This condo has every thing you need to enjoy your stay.

With a new queen bed and custom built bunk beds, all with down comforters, the condo can sleep four people. Whoever is lucky enough to stay in the bunks will enjoy a light for late night reading and outlet to charge those gadgets. And if you decide to sleep in you can always close the bunk bed curtains to avoid those early raisers. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen includes everything you need to serve a meal plus toaster, blender, coffee maker and crock pot. Towels and linens are also provided. The condo has two fireplaces. One in the living room where it will keep you warm as you relax on the couch enjoying your favorite movie and one in the bedroom to keep you toasty all night long. The condo also has a usable balcony to enjoy your coffee on those crisp mornings.

We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet. A 40". LCD smart TV with DVD player. You will have access to Netflix, amazon TV and spottily through the smart TV as long as you have your own existing accounts. Two large closets on either side of the fireplace will provide you with enough room so you do not have to live out of your suitcase. There is a 3rd closet that can store your skis and snowboards.

This condo is a non-smoking.

Mountain Shadows complex is well maintained and quiet. Their are 2 spas, 2 saunas, a swimming pool (during summer), and 2 coin operated laundry rooms. BBQ's are also available during the summer.

Guest will receive an email after booking with details about there stay and key code for door lock.

This is a small, clean 1970’s OEM studio, apartment. If you keep in mind that it’s a small, low cost crash pad in Mammoth, you’ll be good. No issues, would use again.

Quick Ski Trip

perfect place for our needs. Great WiFi, TV, parking, heat, shower, bathroom, comfy queen bed, comfy couch, mostly renovated except for the kitchen cabinets which are rustic. No dishwasher, but a drying rack present. The bunk beds were big enough for adults. Overall the place is well suited for a couple with kids.

The condo was lovely and well appointed. The best part was designated doggy blankets! It was perfect for our little furry friend and she loved them. The only complaint I had was that the mattress was a little dated, but everything else was perfect.

Weekend in mammoth

This property was perfect for myself and two teens. Everyone felt like they had their own space at night and plenty of space for all during the day. Laundry setup was high tech- the app had a timer for the machines and let us know when it was done - no need for quarters!

Everything was as expected. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our medium sized dog. Owner responded to my texts within minutes. Property office is close by and I was able to get our parking pass upon arrival. Definitely looking forward to going back next year. The property was very well presented and had everything required for a great stay. It appears that there was a problem with communication from the host regarding checkin through the Vrbo email system. However a phone call to Vrbo quickly connected me to the host by telephone and the issue was quickly resolved. Apart from that issue, my stay was excellent.

Great host, property still being upgraded

The stay was great and our host was super. 100% Dog friendly which was great!! We had some glitches that the host dealt with immediately and fairly. Some of the unit has been upgraded, but there is still work to do, which is the reason for my 4 star rating. Once the lighting and the kitchen are addressed, the unit will definitely be 5 star.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

A wonderful home-away-from home! This cozy studio is small but so accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. We enjoyed sinking into a comfy couch after a fun day on the mountain. Plenty of storage for suitcases and ski bags. The bed provides a nice mattress and plenty of fluffy pillows! The unit is easy to access and close to everything in town -- the short walk to the Green bus line is an added bonus! The host could not have been more gracious. We'd love to stay here again!

Great little place to stay

When I arrived there was a slight problem with the cleaning, but Steve sorted it out quickly.The studio is not big - it sleeps four but that would feel crowded. The kitchen is well equipped - the first place I've stayed where the knives were good and lots of little things were provided (coffee filters, popcorn, salt, etc)It's right on the bus line to Eagle lodge, which is very convenient - I found for skiing you walked less distance by taking the bus than by driving (unless you get up very early).When it was cold out the heating worked well and it warmed up fast. The bed (that I used) was comfortable. There are two grocery stores close by, and plenty of places to get food or coffee.

All the cooking pots and pans were dirty, so were some of the glasses and dishes. The main bed is sagging a lot in the middle. Other than that, the place was awesome!

There was a long dusty hallway filled with mosquitoes. As you enter the property it gets very dusty and difficult to breathe. All of the furniture was very uncomfortable and not clean.

Definitely worked for what it was. Very small, but clean, and the kitchen was fine. Unfortunate that only one of the sliding doors to the deck opened because it gets very stuffy. My main criticism is that the bed was very very very uncomfortable. You could feel the (very springy) springs. Like sleeping on an uncomfortable trampoline. Would definitely encourage changing out the mattress for something in better condition.

Pros: The condo is located right in the center next to ski slope and near by the center village . Easy communicating with the owner . He was quick responses and nice . The studio was good size and enough for our family of four ( two young adults children) . We love the decor. It look cozy and inviting. Located in quiet area. The beds are comfy with adequate amount of blankets n pillows. There are basket of complimentary bags of teas, cocoa, sugars for coffee . The bathroom was stocked several toiletries for your needs . The condo overall look clean . Cons: The studio overall looks old n outdated . The couch cushion was soft n stain . I didn’t feel comfortable to sit on it . The carpet is also very outdated , not have feeling clean and fresh look . The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are also outdated , not inviting look. Pots n pans , cups seem have been used for many years … This studio is in needed a facelift .

If zero stars were possible…

I stayed in this unit for 3 hours before having to leave. The main bed sheets and comforter were stained and had all different types of hair on them, the main bed’s mattress sank down to the boxspring, the other beds were equally as uncomfortable, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, mold in the sink, the tv was broken, the fireplace made a high pitched sound when on, and the place had an overall odd smell to it. The host has been less than helpful when attempting to remedy the solution. If you’d like an uncomfortable and dirty unit then this is it. Otherwise, do not waste your money.
