Loved that it had 3 bedrooms. Beautiful area. I would stay here again. Make sure you check the dates things are open at Big Canoe.

Thank you Kathy, the 3 bedrooms works great for families. The Beach Club and Wildcat Pool are open for the month of July and only on weekends in August. They close after Labor Day weekend. The marina is open all year long where you can rent boats and kayaks! Other amenities open year round include golf, tennis, Black Bear Pub and Jeep and Nature trails.
This fancy cabin at the top of the mountain has all of the essentials. Plenty of room for 4, we are a family of 6 and still had room. The community has nice amenities and there's also great hiking outside of the community. The property owner was super responsive making our last minute booking a breeze.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and peaceful. My family and I would definitely come back. The only concern is the outdoor pool wasn’t open, so if you want to go to the outdoor pool be sure to check before come. Overall, we enjoyed this experience.

So glad you had a relaxing and peaceful stay, being in nature has a way of making that happen!
We stayed in this Treetopper for 4 days and it was perfect for my family of 5. We had everything we needed and my kids loved the floor to ceiling windows. We got to see deer walk right up to the place and just enjoyed the scenery. The owners helped us to find fun things to do and responded when we needed something…but honestly didn’t really need anything. Very organized and a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
Went to see our White Sox play the Braves. Wanted to stay a bit out of the way. Great choice. Our place was perfect for us. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Big Canoe was enormous and beautiful. Plan on going back the next chance I get. Our hosts were very attentive, not that we had to bother them. Overall 5 stars. Highly recommend this house.
Our family enjoyed our stay at Treetop Tranquility. It’s such a cute house and loved the views of nature during the stay in the house, it was beautiful!
I am all about communication and Renee, the owner, reached out with a warm welcome, helpful info, and was available for any questions before we arrived. I loved that the house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing supplies, and had a great supply of kitchen utensils/dishes/gadgets.
There was even a shoe rack at the door, and being someone who loves organization and having a family it of 5, I was so excited about it!
Even though it was an off and on rainy weekend, our family still enjoyed activities in Big Canoe and loved that the house was a short drive to a playground, trails, dining, Indoor Pool and Beach Lake area.
My family and I had a great stay at Renee’s Tree top home in Big Canoe, Ga. Communication before and during our stay was helpful and prompt. Once we entered the home it looked and smelled extremely clean. We did not cook at all inside but seemed to have everything we needed. The beds were SO comfortable however, I always travel with my own pillow so not sure how that goes :) We spent the nights admiring and catching fireflies. Everyone inside the gates of Big Canoe was super friendly. We weren’t aware there is a charge to use ALL amenities as guests so that was a little disappointing so we didn’t play any tennis that we planned for on the rainy day or explore the clubhouse or much of anything other than the grassy area on the other side of the lake, playground and the pool. The house was about 30-1hr away from most everything we wanted to do so we didn’t even find time to rent a pontoon like we had planned but everything about our trip was fantastic! So much good food nearby and gorgeous views! We are 100% booking again once the lake with the inflatables and rock slide open back up.

Laura, thank you so much for your review, we would love to have you and your family return especially when the beach club opens!
A great get away at a lovely place!! Owner was always quick to respond. Enjoyed the hiking trails and the beautiful community. Would definitely return.
This was the perfect retreat for me. I wanted a quiet getaway that was lovely to spend time in, and this was exactly that. I’ve been to multiple Treetoppers at Big Canoe, and this is by far my favorite now. It was so clean, updated, and comfy. The large windows everywhere were so nice, too. I will definitely be renting this place again someday—next time with some of my mom friends who also need a retreat! :)
This Treetopper was the perfect mountain getaway providing panoramic views and with coffee mug in hand, watching the sun rise from the mountain top over a lake either from the living room or the deck. It allowed privacy with adequate distance from the other surroundingTree Toppers and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen and baths were stocked well, not requiring a rush to the grocery store. Its proximity to the amenities Big Canoe offers was a plus, too.
The Vrbo host could not have been nicer, assisting us with the check-in process and our search for our second home in Big Canoe, alerting us throughout our stay as to potential houses, and inquiring as to our satisfaction or any needs while there.
We will definitely look to see if this particular Tree Topper is available for our next venture to Big Canoe.
Loved the stay at the Treetopper in Big Canoe! The property is clean and has all the amenities needed for a great stay! The kitchen is well stocked, made it very easy to cook multiple meals. Renee was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Would defiantly stay here again!
We had a fantastic time in this Treetopper unit at Big Canoe. The layout of the unit was cozy and perfect for our getaway. It had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed hiking the Nancy Womack Trail and walking the golf course during our time at Big Canoe.
The treehouse has upgrades throughout and very cozy place for our 4 person family + Aunt & Uncle. All the needed amenities were easily accessible through creative storage in a typical small treehouse kitchen area. Definitely recommend for smaller families looking for a place to stay in Big Canoe!!!
Perfect long weekend. Close to everything we had planned to do. House is everything the host stated. Renee responded quickly to our questions. The pictures are right on. Kitchen is well equipped . Big Canoe is beautiful. I would recommend this Treetopper to anyone staying in the area.
This property was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The view was incredible!
