Bedroom 1: King bed; Bedroom 2: King Bed; Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds with trundle; Bedroom 4 (also the gym): Pull out sofa bed; Loft: Queen Bed. Note: The BBQ Grill is only available during Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.
