-No large parties with express permission of owner. Local noise ordinance restricts outdoor noise after 10 pm.

-No hunting or use of firearms on property. No ATV's, snowmobiles.

There is a RING doorbell on front door and security camera at top of driveway. These are not to be tampered with in any way. There are no in house cameras or recording devices.
