Large outbuilding at the end of the eighteenth century with its French garden in the wooded park of a nineteenth century castle for 10/12 people. The place is ideal for lovers of architecture and history. You will be immersed in the heart of it.

The house is at the crossroads of many must-see Breton sites (Beaches, Cities, Fortifications, Forest, Lake).
Located 35 minutes from Rennes and a few kilometres from the forest of Paimpont and its legends, you can visit the golden tree, the wolf room, the forges of Paimpont, ...
The house is located 45 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pleneuf-Val André, 1 hour from Saint Malo, 1 hour 15 minutes from Vannes and 5 minutes by car from Tremelin where the Excalibur sword is located (leisure centre with many activities depending on the seasons: tree climbing, pedal boat, mini-golf, tennis, ...). The house is located on the path of the 3 abbeys: ideal for hikers and lovers of walks.

This house is ideal for getting together with family or friends.
It has a beautiful living room - dining room (about 80m²) which allows you to get together to enjoy a good blaze after a walk in the forest and a good convivial dinner. The house is decorated according to the seasons (autumn decoration, Christmas decoration) to allow you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of each season and to feel at home in a warm place. Perfect for family gatherings on All Saints' Day or Christmas.

The house has 5 bedrooms: a bedroom (jungle theme) with bed 160 + cot, 3 bedrooms with double bed (the oriental: bed 140, the blue: bed 140 and the red: bed 160 on the ground floor) and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has a shower room and a separate toilet on the ground floor. As well as a bathroom with bathtub upstairs and separate toilet.
On the landing, you will find an extra bed for one person.

Interior equipment: TV with Netflix, fitted kitchen (many spices and condiments are available for cooking) and equipped with oven, hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, living room with functional fireplace, Baby cot, changing table, high chair.

Outdoor equipment: Above-ground swimming pool of 4m in diameter, WEBER Charcoal Barbecue, Outdoor table, bench, chairs, garden furniture, Cabin - SMOBBY slide for children

Possibility to provide sheets, towels and make your beds for a fee.

Hébergement idéal pour 10 voyageurs, les deux SDB , les chambres nombreuses, la table de salle à manger très grande et conviviale ( dans notre cas ,nous n'avons pas eu à l'utiliser, il a fait tellement beau et chaud que nous avons passé les journées du weekend dehors) nous avons pu aussi profiter de la piscine et du bbc.Par les journées ensoleillées, il a fallu un peu se déplacer pour trouver les endroits à l'ombre, il y a un grand parasol, mais pas assez grand pour une tablée de 10 personnes, ce n'était pas très grave,nous avons trouvé des solutions.Le père de notre hôte, nous a très bien accueilli et transmis les consignes importantes, il est aussi très appréciable que notre départ soit autorisé en début d'après midi le dimanche,cela nous a permis de profiter d'un dernier déjeuner avec les amis venants de plusieurs régions. ( je précise que cette faveur a été autorisée car il n'y avait pas d'autres locations après nous ce jour là ).

Superbe gite tres au calme .Bel espace extérieur. Seul bémol la terrasse tres au soleil à midi quand il fait très chaud difficile de déjeuner dehors même avec un parasol .

Séjour en famille à Noël très agréable

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables en famille avec toutes les générations. La maison est bien équipée et décorée. Nous avions de belles décorations de Noël ce qui a été très apprécié. Le séjour est très spacieux avec une cheminée. L’extérieur est agréable. Nombreux jeux d’enfants dedans et dehors. Hôtes très gentils et attentionnés.
