• 18th century house located in a green valley very relaxing, with a large enclosed courtyard with a large terrace and barbecue overlooking private ponds, ideal for fishing with your friends.

• Large enclosed area for children, sandpit available.

• The house is close to Dinan (20Km), St Malo (50Km), Mt St Michel (80Km and Vannes (100Km). 3Km from Rennes RN ST Brieuc.

• Taste the sweetness of the Breton countryside in this haven of peace. Many hiking trails are available on the Rance Valley (nearby).

• The cottage is open all year, the pool is heated from March to early November. The spa is heated all year round.

Gite très agréable et très bien equipe

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis avec enfants. Le gite est très bien équipé très fonctionnel surtout avec des enfants Le propriétaire très accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous avons tous appréciés notre séjour dans ce gite et nous le conseillons vivement.

Très bon séjour

Belle maison ancienne, grande et confortable. Piscine chauffée ainsi que le jacuzzi .La literie est de bonne qualité.Grand parc avec des étangs remplis de poissons. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles.

Ideal for family reunion

The Gite du Lou was perfect for our purpose, spend a week in the countryside for a family reunion, with 7 adults and 4 children in the same house. The house is located in a peaceful countryside area, no risk of bothering the neighbours. Good location to visit Dinan and the coast. Children were happy wiht the pool and the garden, adults with the big table outside and the barbecue. Enough space inside too, except maybe in the kitchen. The owner very kindly gave us a bottle of his milk with which we made a very tasty 'riz au lait'. We really enjoyed our stay, and we may go back, but we think the house would not be comfortable enough for more than 12, as it has only 2 bathrooms.

Nous avons passé un excellent we dans un gite agréable, lumineux, spacieux et propre. Beau petit coin de paradis. Idéal pour des réunions de famille ou d'amis.
