Location, Location, Location

Perfect location in a clean, quiet gated community a short walk from downtown Palm Springs - restaurants, shops, bike rentals, museum and a challenging hiking trail can all be easily accessed. The property is cozy, with a nice, small outside sitting area with fire pit. Two bedrooms with en-suite baths and a small separate office area make it perfect for two for long stays, manageable for 4. The one draw back is neither bedroom has a king sized bed - possibly not ideal for longer rental periods.
