In the attractive vacation home area Bratten you will find the vacation home not far from the beach, stores and a public playground. The comfortable furnishings include the cozy living room with fireplace, from which you can look into the pool room. The heat pump heats the pool water and ensures low electricity consumption, it is also environmentally friendly. The rooms are not heated with a heat pump. The house is bright and offers plenty of space for two families with its practical layout. A real staircase leads to the hem, which is especially suitable for children. The terrace faces west and is particularly suitable for relaxing. In addition, there is an in-house tennis court in the garden, which is covered with asphalt. By car it is not far to Frederikshavn and Skagen, where you can shop and stroll well and experience many beautiful things.

Das Haus liegt ruhig.

Das Haus liegt ruhig.Wege für Spaziergänge bis an den Strand sind reichlich vorhanden.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut.Man könnte den Pflegezustand der Immobilie ansprechen.An einigen Fenstern sind die Riegel zum Lüften abgebrochen.Die Messerschublade der Küche ist kaputt.Richtig negativ war der Check In.Noch nie musste ich Bettwäsche in einem anderen Ort abholen und wieder hin bringen.Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr umständlich!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus mit Pool ist geräumig und besonders die Kinder liebten den Pool mit Rutsche. Auch das Außengelände mit Tennisplatz und Fußball Wiese war toll, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für die Kinder blieben aber keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen Schuppen am Haus mit Spielsachen für außen und zwei Fahrrädern.
