This beautiful, independent, three-storey vacation home on the green hills of the Florentine Chianti, just 2 km from Fiano, is the result of the careful renovation of an old hayloft. The large and beautiful accommodation is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside. The panoramic infinity pool with terracotta area, umbrellas and sun loungers, surrounded by the greenery of the garden, is the ideal place for those who want to spend a stay in contact with nature and discover the countless artistic treasures of the area. The well-kept garden offers plenty of space to relax and play. Soccer field at the edge of the garden.

In the basement there is a large and bright playroom with table tennis and table soccer. The location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting Tuscany with its many monuments, museums, art cities and ancient villages. The famous medieval towns of Certaldo and San Gimignano can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. Florence is 35 km away, Siena 55 km. The village of Montalbino is 500 m from here, Lucardo with restaurant and pizzeria about 1 km. Fiano with grocery store and pizzeria at 2 km. Montespertoli with stores of all kinds about 8 km. The pool is not accessible after 8pm and children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. You can reach the house by driving through a beautiful forest. Arrivals are only possible between 5pm and 8pm.
