The property offers everything your heart desires in terms of entertainment and exercise. There is a table tennis table and a pool table in the activity room. If you love splashing around in the water, there is a swimming pool for hours of play. A whirlpool for 8 people is slightly elevated next to it and invites you to enjoy a cosy underwater massage. The speciality of the house is the indoor balcony, from which you can look out over the bathers in the pool.



The spacious bedrooms are furnished with double beds and flat-screen TVs, many of which have their own access to the terrace or balcony and an unusually beautiful view of the dunes. The well-equipped kitchen matches the size of the house with two ovens and a dishwasher. The living rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with large flat screen TVs and the satellite receiver provides a range of Nordic and German channels, e.g. Viasat for those interested in sports. Internet access is of course free, and it is also possible to use the house's AV equipment for any presentations.



The 15,000 m² area surrounding the house includes two fenced-in dog areas and a 45x90 m football pitch with small and large goals. This makes the property perfect for football clubs to train on, as the pitch is rarely frozen, unlike pitches inland, due to the close proximity of the sea. There are also excellent facilities for beach volleyball, petanque and a large playground with a climbing frame, slide, swings and a huge sandpit.
