Great Location & Property!

This condo is in the Arts district close to tons of restaurants and shops. The bldg is very secure and parking was free in the security bldg! They even stored our rented Jeep Roof that we removed so we could tour the city open air! The condo had a water view from the balcony and the city lights at night were beautiful! Marlene was very responsive to our needs.

Pleasant stay

We are a family of 6 spanning 3 generations that stayed here. Plenty of room for all of us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Garage entry card was not working during our stay so we had to call the front desk every time we enter or exit the garage… Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping in a very walkable neighborhood. Marlene was responsive to my inquiries. The only thing I was unpleasantly surprised by was the resort fee I had to pay to stay here. This was mentioned in an emailed that was sent very close to my trip so it would have been inconvenient to cancel and rebook another property. So watch out for the extra resort fee. If it was mentioned in the property description then I missed it. It should have been included in the accommodation fee in my opinion. Otherwise great place for our short trip.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Me and my family vacationed here in January, and it was the perfect spot! This area of Miami has something for kids and adults of all ages, and the building and condo are beautiful and clean. The host is incredibly accommodating, she always got right back to me if I had a question and made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Post Christmas Stay in Miami

Our family of five traveled to Miami for a few days after Christmas, and enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a nice view from the large living room windows/balcony. The apartments location and worked out very well for us to explore Miami. The owner, Marlene, quickly responded to my inquiries and was very attentive. I was pleasantly surprised with how unique/inviting we found the neighborhood-lots of character as the lighted palm trees line the neighborhood which if full of dog parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping all within the few blocks encompassing the area. I would highly recommend this property.

Midtown Escape

We had a great time in this unit that is centrally located in Midtown walking distance from great restaurants ,cafes and shops very family friendly. The manager and staff very friendly and Marlene a super host. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍
