Come find Shangri-La on Shandelee Lake outside of downtown Livingston Manor. This five bedroom, two bath house sits on a private and peaceful lake. The house comes equipped with many toys for the lake, including rowboats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and a canoe. Fishing is a dream on this lake so come prepared to catch plenty of bass, pickerel, sunfish, and others. (Please bring your own life vests - Fishing licenses are available for purchase in town. )The house has a large lawn in the back and on the side, great for lounging or playing lawn games on as you enjoy the lake view. The home has many original features, which include an enclosed sun porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee and see blue herons, deer, beavers and bald eagles around the lake.
