Haus mit Potential in wunderschöner Lage

Kommunikation und Check-in prima. Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Potential und gemütlichem Interieur, aber der Betriebszustand etwas vernachlässigt: sehr schönes Grundstück, ca. 80m zum kleinen See, gut z Schwimmen, für Bootstouren zu klein. Keines der viele Boote war schwimm- oder betriebsfähig, schade! Bad u Sauna sehr klein, aber ok, Küche generell ok, bis auf Bratpfanne (mitbringen) und Spülma: fast unbrauchbar, Filter total verfettet. kein WiFi und fast kein Handynetz (!). sehr schöne Landschaft zum Wandern, Radeln auf den Landstraßen. sehr schöne Natur-schutzgebiete: Yttre Bodane (am Väner) (!), Ryr, Kroppefjälls (!) und Kynnefjälls. Objektlage im Inserat zieml. ungenau. insgesamt eine schöne u erholsame Woche, tack för det.
