The villa has a large, well-equipped kitchen that opens to the living room with fireplace and library. There is also a separate living room with TV. Beautiful, fully tiled bathrooms are located on both floors. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds are ready for you.



Relax on the large, beautiful terrace with barbecue, evening sun and panoramic views of Lake Österbosjön. A rowing boat can be rented.

The cottage is located in the nature reserve Ryrhalvön with unique flora and fauna and beautiful hiking trails. There are berries and mushrooms in the area and you can observe moose, deer and other game. Lake Vänern offers good fishing for pike, perch and zander.



Note: The house is rented only to families for quiet vacation stays, not to groups, parties are not allowed.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 200.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
