Modern style house, recently renovated. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi. Very close to all major Poconos Attractions: Camelback, Jack Frost Ski Resort, Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari Water Park, Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono Raceway, Outlets. House has one king size bed, queen size and two bunk beds. Without living room 8 people can easily sleep. There is huge florida room with pool table and ping pong. Outside there is a large patio with table, grill and fire pit. Huge TV, internet with a lot of american and russian channels. This house can accommodate 8-10 people. 8 in the 3 bedrooms and 2 can sleep in living room.
House located in the gated community with lake and pool. There is beach on the lake, Playground for kids, two tennis courts. Pool and lake beach is not FREE.
House is equipped with two security camera.

We enjoyed our one-week stay at this cute partially renovated cabin in a secure and clean gated community. There were only three of us, but this home could easily accommodate 6-8 people. The furniture is new, and the cabin has all of the conveniences of home, including a ping pong table and pool table. We loved the deer that hung out in the yard on most days. The location is convenient to shopping and outdoor activities, like ATV riding, segways, white-water rafting, ziplining, and paintball. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely stay again. The only thing it was missing was a fireplace for cool nights and a hot tub!

Carefully consider.

On july 24th i booked my stay for August 29th thru September 2nd,2024 for a Family reunion and to visit sick Family member A week prior to my stay i text and spoke to the Owner what my concerns were safety and that the place being clean and he assured me that it would be..NOT TRUE! It was Upon entering the house, I smelled a musty stale unclean house as soon as i opened the door. I text the Owner his response.. "Really, that's very strange". Smh It appears the Owners concern was the security camera. I called him and said it was hot in the house. He says oh pull up the switch. There was a wall thermostat and i turned that nothing happen mind you he is telling me on the phone that is not it. Hmmm.okay So after turning on several switch i said are you referring to the large unit over the sofa he says yes. Inverter, A/C unit i had never seen this in my life. It does not circulate throughout house only in the living room I felt he had the ability to look at what i was doing but he assured he did not........we ended the call. What ever switch i turned off and on. i did not realize he was texting me to turn it back on. We realized it was the security camera.. I guess so he can see how many people were staying in the home. Then i received a text message asking me did the house keeper do a good job cleaning? That was a sign to me that no one cleaned. If they did clean, fire them. Of course they did not. Remember the house was musty.. PPartPammediately had to clean

Excellent Winter Getaway

The property is located in a great community, not too far from Camelback where we were skiing. Our stay was very comfortable, we loved the layout of the home. There were a few minor issues, but the property owner took care of everything almost right away. The green room with the pool table is an excellent addition for both adults and kids. I would just suggest bringing some warm clothing during winter since the room gets pretty cold. Excellent outdoor bbq grill for those wanting to cook some steaks.

Beautiful quiet comfortable peaceful

This was a wonderful place had a great experience for the 5 days we were there. He picked up our phone calls right away and brought us a nice portable fire pit to use. Everything in the house worked. It was peaceful and quiet it was Beautiful to see the deers every morning and Beautiful location. Definitely planning a return real soon! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Pocono getaway

We wanted a new place to explore. The house was in a large development. The area was quiet with lots of deer around. The house was clean and had nice amenities. We especially enjoyed playing pool and ping pong at night. The owner was attentive to my questions.
