Acceptable Positive: La cercanía al metro Negative Tener que ir a lavandería lejos, faltaban servi

Acceptable : Proximity to the underground Having to go to a laundrette far away; a lack of basic everyday amenities such as a bakery at weekends; and poorly managed supermarkets, with a shortage of everyday goods. The lift was out of order and took a long time to be repaired. There are differences between the booking agents. Some are friendly and helpful, whilst others show little interest or willingness to help.
