We had an excellent stay at this property. A ton of room for people to enjoy their own space but also gather without feeling congested. Certainly would recommend to anyone traveling with one large or several families.

Thank you Tim, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
Looking forward to hosting you family again.
We were in Vermont for a family reunion. Plenty of room for my immediate family and a couple cousins! We really enjoyed the two kitchens for storing food for the reunion at a local park! Fans inside helped keep the condos cool and the lower condo was just amazingly cool even when temps went up to the upper 80’s. Condo area was nice and quiet and I enjoyed watching a local woodchuck from the back patio. Really relaxing stay!

So glad you enjoyed the condo and your reunion!
You are welcome back anytime.
Condo is large with beds to sleep 11 plus sofas. Kitchens were filled with everything you would need to cook. Condo is in a great place for skiing but we were there to see fall. It was absolutely beautiful as if we were in a postcard. Lots to do close by. Would definitely rent again without any hesitation. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was great offering advise on the area.
Two things that were very disappointing for us - the “single” beds in the second bedroom and the smell that probably was coming from the sink in the kitchen. The beds were supper small and uncomfortable (I wish I could post a picture that I took with my son on it). They are not suitable for adults! If you have little ones you are probably ok, but my adult sons literally suffered though the night. The older one chose to sleep on the couch in the living room after the first night. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive.

I'm so sorry that the beds weren't comfortable for your boys. They are regulation twin size and our adult children sleep on them with no problem, but we will look into making them more comfortable. Although we didn't smell anything, we will alert our cleaners to prevent that in the future. Thank you.
The property was roomy, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. We liked the location and the Jay Peak facilities. The fireplace in the unit did not work, that was a disappointment. The unit was not the one I originally booked, the one I originally booked in March was ground level. My husband has a disability and it was extremely difficult for him to climb up and down the stairs to and from the ground level. There was confusion with the booking address, since vrbo told us on the original reservation and the welcome email a couple of days before the rental period that it was155 South Village, but when we arrived there someone else was occupying 155.! Needless to say, I was quite agitated when we knocked on the door and they told us they had that specific rental!! The owner originally told us it was 194 SV, but the key would be in the lockbox at 397A SV which is actually where we stayed. He corrected himself and said the address was 155. I have no idea how someone else ended up getting the unit we thought we had rented. It took us a while, during which I was in a panic, to figure out where we would be or if we even had a place to stay! For this reason, I will be very reluctant to rent again through vrbo without some method of verifying the address at the very beginning and until the date of arrival. It's a shame, because the unit and facility itself were fine.

Obviously there was some confusion re: the location of the unit in that the address was different from the unit#. I will review the introductory letter to insure there will be no future problem there. I was not involved with her previous efforts to book a handicap-accessible unit.
I'm glad that you were satisfied with the unit.
Annual ski vacation with 10 of us, ranging in age from 30 to 83 (me)
Two interconnected units were perfect. Very well equipped, comfortable, and convenient. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. He was helpful and encouraging. I do have one suggestion for the owner. I looked in vain for a book or folder with checkout instructions: strip the beds? puy towels in the wasing machine or leave them nearby, etc. We usually find these at the places we rent, and it would be helpful all around if we had these instructions.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your suggestion. We have created a book for future guests.
We drove up from southern NH . Found the property and opened the door to the unit, that was more than we expected.
We traveled with our 3 grown children and their families. A15 year old girl, 14 yo boy, 13 yo boy , 9 yo girl and 6week old boy!
We rode bikes to the Vermont/ Canadian border, we climbed the mountain, we fished in nearby Newport, beached at Barton, Crystal Lake. Prouty Beach campground and park is definitely worth a visit. We played pickle ball and picnicked.
The unit was perfect for us. 2 families downstairs , my husband and myself shared the upstairs with my son , his wife and 6 week old.
We ate our evening dinner together in the upstairs . There is a huge table that also was perfect for card games!
Add a tram ride and indoor swim park( Pump House)., and this week could not have been better.
Much fun was had by all. Happy Grammy and Grampa.

Renter moved an outside camera by the front door. We use these cameras to check for arrival and departure times.
The garbage was not emptied and the condo was very dirty. Cleaners did not take any pictures so I couldn’t justify an extra charge.
