Upon arrival, you may be asked for a deposit of €500, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Maison lumineuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Un peu loin de la plage à pied et de Noirmoutier mais vraiment au calme.Départs de nombreux itinéraires à vélo, garage approprié pour ranger les vélos.Exterieur et terrasse sympas et bien aménagés. Un bon point pour le BBQ

Ravie de notre séjour chez Séverine. Merci à Maude également. Tout est parfait : de la douche extérieure à la climatisation, tout est fait pour que l'on passe un super séjour. Équipement au top. Literie au top, vaisselle au top.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Noirmoutier avec nos enfants ! Le logement est propre, agréable et tout est prévu pour que l’on s’y sente bien.Un vrai plus : nos compagnons à quatre pattes ont pu être de la partie.Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et, si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à Noirmoutier, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde : notre choix est déjà fait ! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !

Belle quinzaine passée dans cette maison fort agréable, bien équipée et avec la climatisation pour les jours de canicule ce qui ne gâche rien.Elle est à 15 mn à pied de la plage traversant d'abord une petite forêt bien agréable pour la balade de nos animaux à 4 pattes. Réponses rapides à nos questions avec la propriétaire avant notre départ et bien accueillis par Maude (la conciergerie). Le petit jardin est bien clos, parfait pour les animaux.En un mot, nous retenons cette adresse pour y revenir.

Es war eine tolle Woche im Haus von Severine. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Maude war äußerst freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist top, vor allem die Außendusche (leider auf den Fotos noch nicht abgebildet) und auch das Fahrrad, das die Gäste benutzen können, haben uns sehr gefallen.Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Barbâtre, mit Fahrrädern ist aber alles gut erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Maude und Severine!

Excellent séjour à Noirmoutier

Maison neuve, parfaitement propre, équipement parfait. La route est quelque peu bruyante dans la journée ( mais pas franchement gênante), par contre le soir et la nuit, vraiment très calme. Mer à 700 mètres. Conciergerie extrêmement serviable qui s'est adaptée, on ne peut plus gentiment à nos horaires. Accueil agréable. Très bonnes infos concernant notre futur séjour reçues de Séverine avant notre arrivée. Si toutes les locations de vacances pouvaient avoir cette qualité.....

un caprice qui porte ses fruits

Maison parfaite, le jardin manque un peu d'intimité, clôture basse... On aurait eu besoin d'information sur l'accès aux plages, on a perdu du temps à trouver nos marques en 3 jours. Je note l'ensemble à 4,8. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très chaleureuse, bravo !
