Excellent, house, location confort and overall beautiful interiors. Boasted with four adults and all agreed that the rooms and place was clean, comfortable and well kept

Very poorly maintained property. Very disappointed in exterior. Grass looked like a hay field. Front porch had an open bag of soil and was very dirty. Bad first impression. Back yard had half full trash can in the yard next to the patio. Interior had insect/rodent traps throughout the house. There were 2 traps in the entry hall and kitchen. Ceiling fan in main living room looked like it was going to fall down with wires exposed. Took several minutes to find the towels which we finally found in the master closet. Kitchen is very poorly stocked with dishes and utensils. There is only 2 coffee cups and 1 teaspoon in the house. Fire alarm was disassembled and laying on kitchen counter. Spent several minutes untangling the blind pulls so they would close properly. The house served our purpose but could have been a lot nicer with proper maintenance and management.

Very sweet person we got a noise complaint and she still was so kind the house is beautiful!but u will say if you are a large group the houses are close together and the neighborhood so I say don’t book it you guys are noisemakers because it’s a quiet neighborhood but over all no complaints very nice stay
