Tasteful apartment in the upper floor of the two-storey building, with a sleeping area in the mezzanine, comfortable kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, multifunction oven, microwave and much more, beautiful living area and spacious dining area, shower / WC, beautiful balcony with stunning views of the nearby Pyrenees. We have furnished our apartment in this beautiful nudist resort with great attention to detail, so that the holiday here also meets high standards. Unfortunately, we can not change the cancellation fee notice from this portal. However, the following conditions apply: Should you for any reason cancel this booking or can not start the holiday on time, the following cancellation fees are to be paid to us: From booking up to 30 days before departure, only the deposit will be retained. Cancellation up to 22 days prior to departure, 45% of the above rental costs are payable, up to 15 days before departure 65% of the rental cost is payable and a later cancellation means that the cancellation costs are 90%. If the holiday must be canceled, the full rental price will be retained. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance with demolition costs. A cancellation or Termination of this lease must be in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt by the landlord / administrator. We ask for attention that we send no payment reminders and from a 7-day delay in payment the apartment may be rented elsewhere.

Die Wohnung wahr sehr sauber und Top Eingerichtet und sehr gut zu erreichen.Einziges Manko, die fehlende Klimaanlage, die aber nach Aussage von Gilbert, dieses Jahr noch nachgerüstet werden sollte. Pool, Strand Anlage sehr sauber. Restaurants auf allen drei Anlagen sehr freundlich, wie auch in der Bäckerei und im kleinen Laden. Alles in allem wahren es erholsame Ferien, an denen es an nichts gefehlt hat. Kommen gerne wieder

Einfach traumhaft! :-)

Schon zum dritten Mal besucht! Nicht nur die Region, sondern die Wohnlage ist ein Tipp für jeden, der vom Alltag abschalten möchte. Vor allem die Nähe zum Meer und dass man sich in der Anlage mit allem versorgen kann, was gebraucht wird, macht diesem Ort zu einer absoluten Wohlfühloase! Wiederkommen ist garantiert! :-)

Beautifully equipped place to stay!

Perfect apartment for a break in Oasis. Very well presented and comfortable. Lovely kitchen and living space. Comfortable mezzanine bedroom, but take a torch for nighttime visits to the Loo! Quiet area but close to the pool and the fantastic beach. A balcony for eating outside. Perfect!

You do not need a torch, if the big floorlamp remains switched on, you can easily switch this with the normal light switch (switchable socket).

Sehr schönes Appartment

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum großen Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und der Strandspaziergang oder das Faulenzen kann beginnen. In Leucate und Port Leucate sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine kleine Hafenmeile in der Nähe lädt zum Austern und Muschelessen ein. Einfach aber super, super frisch ! Wir würden es immer wieder buchen, da auch der Austausch mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ist.

Einfach Herrlich

Herbert Eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, so wie wir es von den Bildern erwartet hatten. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Pyrenäen - super. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es sind nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und zum Parkplatz. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung und Schlüssel war unproblematisch. Sehr nette Leute. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ja, auch unsere internationalen Gäste fühlen sich sehr wohl. Wir haben die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben z.B. keine Monoblock-Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon, sondern bequeme Hochlehner mit verstellbarem Rücken und Fußhocker. Da lässt sich jeder Tag bei einem Gläschen wunderbar beenden

Eine ausgesprochen schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, viel schöner, als wir es erwartet hatten. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist perfekt. Der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Pyrenäen - einfach klasse. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, denn es sind wirklich nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Hier kommen wir sehr gern wieder.
