the villa is located 20 km from Perpignan and from the airport the train station is 25 km Spain at 60km Andorra at 190km
villa very well located by the sea and the pond for 4 to 5 people.

The villa is very welcoming 20m terrace with cupboard an entrance with sofa bed TV kitchen corner a separate bedroom with a 140 bed shower room WC staircase to the mezzanine with 3 x 80 beds an armchair a calm WC well oriented sun site is very pleasant a lot of walk to visit the country amusement park nearby adventure park and aqualamd 10 mm by car you can also visit the Cathar castle salse castle windsurfing and many other activities. The port if located 10mm on foot with restaurant dishes cook pharmacy store small shopping center and evening entertainment with provincial markets come to us you will not be on it and you will have a pleasant stay

Location conforme à l'annonce

Propriétaire très accueillante. Location bien placée à 2 pas de la plage. Terrasse située sur l'arrière à l'abri du vent du large. Suggestion d'amélioration : canapé pas très confortable on sent bien les lattes, un petit transat pour prendre le soleil sur la terrasse serait bienvenu. Séjour très agréable en hors saison, nous reviendrons.

Petite maisonnette agréable

A quelques pas de la mer et non loin du port avec ses restaurants sympathiques .... agréable séjour dans une maisonnette pratique et une propriétaire avenante. Seul petit point négatif, le vent avec bcp de rafales mais on s'y accommode

Beau séjour

Nous étions trois et le logement était parfait. Chose agréable l’orientation de la terrasse qui nous a permis de passer tous les repas à l’abri du soleil et du vent ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans la région. Le seul bémol que j’émettrai est le réseau téléphone et internet quasi impossible (Free et Bouygues).
