Just minutes from downtown Santa Fe, Casa Viva sleeps five people comfortably and is built in the Pueblo Revival adobe style. A light, bright, open-concept living area features tiled floors, wood ceilings (complete with viga beams), comfortable furnishings, a corner kiva fireplace and large flat-screen cable TV and entertainment system. Plenty of windows and skylights let in natural light and offer inspiring views of the surrounding terrain. Gather at the large, farmhouse-style dining table to enjoy a family meal or game night. Casa Viva's main bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, outdoor access and en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and ceiling fan. Just off the second bedroom, a sitting room with twin bed is perfect for your little one or any overnight guests. Two gorgeously tiled full bathrooms plus a half-bath mean no waiting in line to get ready in the morning, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer let you pack light. Comfortable and would stay again

The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, well stocked, and has several outdoor spaces. Though we would stay Casa Viva again the lack of a/c during the warm months could make the house uncomfortable, also I imagine 4 wheel drive would be necessary to exit the driveway during ice and snow.

The condo is beautiful, the cupboards were well stocked, the location is ideal and it was the perfect set up for our dogs (especially the fenced yard and the spacious tiled area upstairs). We all were very happy!

The property met our needs very well. When we had a weird HVAC issue, the property manager had someone there right away. It was great to be able to walk to the Old Santa Fe sites!

Property management does not have 24 hours service!! or weekend calls!!?. We text called them emailed them and nobody ever called us back. That was the only negativeness about our whole trip, it was issues and we never got him resolved.
