This is a beautiful house that is newly renovated. We do have air conditioning! Off street parking plus you are 2 houses from the new movie theatre, breweries and coffee houses. You can't get any closer to the farmers market! What makes this location special is that it is on a dead end street. You can get to the Railyard district by walking from the house, but cars can't get there from our street -- it is very quiet and removed from all the traffic. Front house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a leather pull out couch sleeper. It has a fully enclosed front yard for your enjoyment and for a dog! Back casita offers 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, plus a full small kitchen (no dishwasher) but a small washer/dryer. Check VrBO # 824090 for casita availability. (Call for pricing on Front house plus casita).

This sweet little house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend in Santa Fe. My husband, myself, our son, daughter in law and 3-year-old granddaughter stayed there and had a great time. The host graciously allowed us to access the house early so we could begin our Thanksgiving dinner preparations, which was so appreciated. It took a minute to figure out the heaters, but once we did, they were fine and offered perfect heating on a chilly weekend. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. Very near the railyard district which is about a 15-minute walk to the plaza. Also, that district has so much to offer including a theater, restaurants and shops. We would recommend this property 100%!

Relaxing Stay

This is a really great house. Appreciated the comfortable beds and kitchen worked well for us (first time using a gas stove - understand now why people like them). A/C worked good during the hot weather. This trip was long enough that we needed to do laundry so the full size washer and dryer worked out perfect. The location is a big PLUS. We did not have to drive very much to get to great restaurants and the farmer's market since the house is located right next to the Railyard. Even the plaza was only about 15 minute walk so you don't have to stress about finding a parking spot. Host was very accommodating and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property in the Railyard

As the first group to stay at this property we all gave it 5 stars. Linda did a fantastic job of renovating this adobe. The linens are top notch and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Everything is new! We had two couples and three children in the party and were very comfortable. The casita was a great getaway for our children, while being able to stay closely connected. The location is great with easy access (short walk) to many restaurants and bars. Great experience!!!

House & Casita perfect for small family group!

I rented this property for a short family vacation in Santa Fe with our children and grandchildren. There were six in the house and my husband and I shared the casita. Both properties were just perfect: newly refurbished and newly furnished. There were huge TVs and wifi and games for the teenage grandkids. Air conditioning had just been installed in the house, and it was wonderful since the days we were there were warm. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots & pans, and other cooking needs. The location was close to the Railyard for the Saturday farmer's market and was a walkable distance to Santa Fe Plaza.

This house with casita is well equiped to sleep up to 8 people in a convenient neighborhood..

Our family enjoyed the space in a quiet neighborhood where the kids could ride their bikes and the house was truly "dog friendly." The listing description was accurate and the property was clean. The kitchen has all new appliances and was user friendly for preparing meals. With the location in the Railyard area, walking to restaurants, galleries, and other activities was easy. We enjoyed taking the Railrunner to Albuquerque. The property owner was accessible and very helpful. We'd like to return sometime in the future.
