Une magnifique maison !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé dans cette belle maison ! Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, parfaite pour 10 personnes ! La piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. L’aller et la sortie ont été très fluides grâce au gardien Eric, et nous avons apprécié les petits attentions (pastilles de lave vaisselle d’avance, capsules de café..) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, encore merci !

Annonce frauduleusement alléchante

La maison est partagé avec le gardien et des locataires âgées ! Piscine pas en eau alors que il n’y a casiment que des photos d’elle ! Barbecue pas propre, pas lancé. Maison avec des statuts de partout donc pas adapté aux enfants et aux week-end entre amis. Maison d’hôte en face bruyante. Terrain de tennis abandonné. Partie de la terrasse inaccessible car sinon ça abîme la salle de bain du voisin dessous ? Douche qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de pastille de lave vaisselle. Pas de machine à laver car pas autorisé?! Pas de papier toilette. Pas de raquette de ping-pong. Nous avons appelé abrité pour dire que nous étions 10 , vous avez assuré qu’il n’y avait pas de changement de prix. Le message n’est pas arrivé ni au gardien ni au proprio donc seulement 2 lit était préparé ! 2 serviettes seulement. Donc on paye pour un service auquel on ne peut pas avoir pleinement accès. Ça plus la piscine et le barbecue cela a plus que terni notre week-end ! Nous étions venu exprès dans une belle région, belle maison pour ne pas pourvoir jouir du bien pleinement ?! Nous aurions pu avoir des litiges avec le gardien au début car nous lui avons dit être 10. Si vous avez un doute je vous est appelé 3 fois pour vérifier que tout était en règles pour mon séjour! Réécouter les appels! Vous m’avez confirmer le dire au propriétaire. Et vous m’avez confirmé qu’il n’y a pas de différence entre 2 et 10 sur le prix. Je vous ai appelé avec ce numéro 0662268370. Un rabais serait bienvenu, merci.

Merci pour votre retour détaillé. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous prenons note de vos retours afin de nous améliorer pour la suite. Nous tenons toutefois à clarifier certains points mentionnés dans votre commentaire. Concernant la piscine, il était clairement indiqué dans l'annonce qu'elle ne serait pas fonctionnelle pour votre séjour début avril. De plus, nous vous avions confirmé cette information par téléphone en mars, en amont de votre arrivée. Pour ce qui est du nombre de personnes, votre réservation initiale mentionnait 2 personnes. Ce n'est qu'après notre demande de confirmation que vous nous avez informés que vous seriez 10 (nombre maximum dans notre propriété). Nous avons finalement constaté la présence de 20 personnes dans la propriété, et une fête a été organisée, ce qui est normalement formellement interdit selon nos règles. En vous remerciant encore pour votre retour.
