Looking to escape the city lights and see bright stars for a few days?

This private log home is nestled among the maples, cedars, spruce, and birch trees. The landscaping is beautiful with three gardens for your pleasure with flowers that bloom from spring to fall. It also has a fire pit that looks out over the lake that you can enjoy during a beautiful sunset.

Make the Bayside Log Home your vacation home this year. It has 225' of shore frontage with its beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the wind blowing through your hair while gazing upon the water.

There is a sandy public beach for swimming and fishing within walking distance of the home as well.

This property has been rented for 10 years but we had to create a new page this year hence the reason for limited reviews. In the past, our place was a 4.6 star.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It has amazing views and sunsets. Very peaceful, relaxing and private. The location is excellent for seeing whatever you want in Door County. The parks in the area are great if you like outdoor adventures.

Experience old Door County! Rustic cozy cabin with remarkable views of the lake. We had an amazing time sitting with the water and exploring the town of Egg Harbor and neighboring areas. We had so much fun in the cabin. We put together puzzles and caught up with each other in the quiet. Would love to stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this log cabin in Egg Harbor. The location on the water was wonderful. It was secluded and private and I can’t say enough about the view!! Sitting around the fire pit at night and listening to the waves crashing and enjoying the night sky was so relaxing. The cabin is very cozy and was very comfortable for five adults. It was less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown Egg Harbor and a perfect location for exploring Door County.

Cozy log cabin right on the bay. Very peaceful sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. We (5 women aged 65-75) enjoyed our stay. Luckily we had good weather and spent the time we were at the cabin out on the deck. Only issue I had was that the description stated 4 beds and 2 futons, but futons were only couches. Regardless of that, we would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was comfortable and cozy. The view of the bay was great. We watched a beautiful sunset-so much color! The location made it easy to get around peninsula from Gills Rock to Gordon Lodge and Fish Creek.

Truly the PERFECT place and location. This is our second year staying here and will now be our annual summer vacation cabin. The fishing is Excellent right off the dock! A great swimming beach less than a mile away at Frank Murphy Park. Gorgeous sunsets!

This is place is wonderfully located on a quiet road near Egg Harbor. The sunsets are spectacular. We loved the fire pit and beautiful views. We will definitely book again!

The cabin is lovely and the property is beautiful! The pictures in the post do not do the property justice. Host has updated several furnishings since listing the property including new living room furniture and upstairs sectional. The host called several hours prior to check in letting us know the cabin was ready for check-in. She even provided 2 bundles of wood for the fire pit. Several places in the area sell more if you run out. We had a slight glitch with the door upon arrival. The host responded quickly and had someone at the property the next day for repairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Egg Harbor is only a few minutes drive if you don't want to cook. Bed was comfortable, bed linens of good quality. Upstairs loft with sectional was nice for movies in the evening. Loved sitting by the fire listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend staying here!
