Logement intéressant pour familles

Emplacement superbe dans la grande nature, mais il manque des petits commerces à proximité. Maison en état. Elle nécessitera quelques réparations et adaptations pour l'esthétique et la sécurité (des gros travaux sont prévus en 2022). Wifi pas assez puissant, il est vite saturé. Mobilier OK. Je relouerai sans problème cette maison, sans passer par contre par l'agence Homerez. Elle pratique le vol autorisé, car elle a ajouté une commission de 50%! au prix de location officiel. Je ferai un rapport au DGCCRF.

Maison idéalement située

Nous sommes arrivés à 5 personnes pour une semaine le 14/09 et avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la propriétaire fort sympathique. Malheureusement,suite à l'hospitalisation d'urgence de ma mère, nous avons du partir le 16/09 accompagnés d'une de nos amis. Malgré la grande déception de nous tous, le couple d'amis resté sur place a pu profiter pleinement de la région ainsi que de la maison idéalement située avec tout le confort ,une vue magnifique et un calme absolu. A recommander absolument.
