Walk to the beach, a jungle oasis—Casa Noi de Nosara

Welcome to paradise! Casa Noi de Nosara, formerly known as Casa Milo de Nosara, is a beautiful villa in Playa Guiones North. It is close to all the restaurants and shops, yet its backyard is a quiet oasis that faces the preserved area of the National Wild Refuge of Ostional.

The house sleeps 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms:

- 2 main bedrooms with a king bed, smart TV, a desk with a computer chair, and French doors to their terraces.
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed—a twin on top of a full.
- All 3 rooms have en-suite private bathrooms and ACs.
- 2 Acs in the kitchen and living room area.
- There is a half bathroom in the living room.
- Daily private security guard in the evenings.

Come swim in the pool, play ball in the garden overlooking the Green Zone, and jump like a howler monkey in the trampoline!

Guests such as monkeys, coatis, and iguanas pass through our backyard and its tree canopy once in a while.

The outdoor gas BBQ & full kitchen will have everything you need for a home-cooked meal, including a Vitamix & an Instant Pot, olive oil, salt & spices.

Or just take a short walk to the restaurants if you had a long day surfing, enjoying the beach, at the yoga studio, or getting a massage.

Just a nine-minute walk from beautiful Playa Guiones, we are also close to all the surf shops, and yoga and wellness centers, as well as the new skatepark just up the road.

There are plenty of fun classes in the renown studios of Nosara: pilates, aerial yoga, spinning, dance, boxing, tennis, jiujitsu... Rent a boat, kayak or SUP among the mangroves, bike, zip line, or just walk through the trails of the jungle from our private access to the Reserve.

Private security guard for the evening, alarm system, 2 security boxes, high-speed internet and back up cell internet, front load washer & dryer, 5-filter water purification system for the whole house, splendid mattresses, high ceilings, glass doors to enjoy the jungle view with curtains and blinds, a saltwater pool with a deck & private parking.

Perfect getaway

Casa Milo is the perfect base for your Nosara vacation. The owner and her staff are welcoming, prompt and thorough. The house is super convenient to the beach, restaurants and countless activities. We highly recommend.

Amazing oasis in the Jungle

We loved staying at Casa Milo with our family(2 teenage boys). The house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The homeowner thought of everything when they designed and furnished the house. The beds were some of the most comfortable ones we have slept on and we inquired about the brand so we could get them for our home. It is in a great location with access to all of the great restaurants as well as surf and yoga. We will be back.

Walking distance to beautiful Playa Guiones, our house has everything you need for a great surfing vacation with your family. We have a security guard daily 5-9 pm, private pool, private parking, and we are close to many of the restaurants and healing centers, yet our backyard overlooks the Refugio de Vida Silvestre Ostional.
