Seaspray Condos - 203A

Two Queen beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There are TVs in both the living room and bedroom. This unit also has a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. There is a half bath downstairs and the upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

Seaspray is a little hidden gem on right on the Gulf side of Okaloosa Island. We provide between March & October; 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island. We have a workout area with men's & women's hot saunas. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants & attractions.

Condo was nice. Property was very well taken care of. I’ve stayed in multiple condos before and had basic essentials such as dish soap, salt, pepper, paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags. Would like to see more essentials available in the future. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths for 5 people. Think it’s a bit much to have to pay to exchange them for clean or wash them ourselves with own detergent and $. Other than that- we were very happy with our stay and would return.

This condo accommodates up to 6 people. There are towels & washcloths for 6 in the condo. We do not charge to exchange for fresh. Guests are provided at check-in the hours linen exchange is available. Salt & pepper are provided in the condo with an initial roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of TP in every bathroom and trash bag in every location and a packet of dishwasher detergent. Guests are emailed helpful reminders to bring to accommodate their length of stay. Guests should speak with the office if they have questions. We also have maintenance & housekeeping on staff. We do provide each reservation with 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach. Our pool is one of the largest on the Island and we are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.
