Discover our cozy beach hideaway and make it your own escape! Enjoy gorgeous direct gulf views from Maravilla 2202 of the surf, a beautiful sunrise, or a romantic sunset from the balcony with access through the living room or master bedroom. Take a short walk to our private beach which includes complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. This 2BD/2BA is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with your comfort in mind.

Our condo has been renovated from top to bottom! It includes a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances with increased storage. Newly tiled floors throughout the living room, kitchen and bathrooms with brand new vanities. The bedrooms are complete with brand new pillow top mattresses to ensure it feels like you never left the comfort of your own bed. The newly remodeled unit is complete with a modern beachy rustic decor.

The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Conveniences include a fully-equipped kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer in unit. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, DVD/VCR and stereo.

The unit is conveniently located across from the elevators and stairwell for direct access to the to the beach. We are centrally located to Highway 98 for easy access to shopping, dining and family activities.

Maravilla Beach Resort offers a private 2.5 acres of beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with great amenities for the entire family. Amenities include: two pools (one seasonally heated), whirlpool, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness/exercise room, clubhouse, BBQ Grills, and large parking area. This is a family complex with plenty of green space for play.

It is just minutes away from some of the best shopping and restaurants ranked in Emerald Coast Magazine 2010 edition and golf at Regatta Bay ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

My husband and I rented this house to stage ourselves moving in right down the road! It had everything we needed, fantastic location with beautiful water views! We worked on the balcony every day and enjoyed wine there each night. Check in and out process was seamless as well.

Restin' in Destin (actually Miramar)

Maravilla was getting a fresh paint job and it was a little disrupted. But, the work crew seemed very nice and took proper care in their jobs. We love this property and location with wonderful views of the beach. Unit 2202 was as beautiful as its pictures and the main bedroom mattress was a nice firmness.

Softball Nationals Family Visiting

We were there for the week for softball nationals in Ft. Walton. The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit with 5 people. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the view of the ocean is spectacular! The owners were always in contact prior to and during our visit if needed! We stayed at a friends condo in Maravilla and fell in love with Destin. The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and golfing. All the things we love to do! What makes this property unique

Our condo has a fantastic view of the Gulf. It has easy access to Maravilla's private beach since we are next to the end unit of the building. It also has an entrance to Hwy 98 which quickly gets you in/out of the condos quickly. Its pet-friendly, most families bring their beloved pets to enjoy the sun as well. There are designated pet areas to walk your pets but also they enjoy walking along the sidewalks that run alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the beach.
