Really enjoyed the stay. Nice table for doing puzzles and playing dominos. Didn’t need the washing machine, dishwasher or hot tub even though they were available. Lots of bathrooms. Drive is fun to navigate, but fine after you practice a few times. Close to town.

Could not operate thermostat according to temperatures in area, it was locked and controlled by the renter, it was either very cold in cabin, all wore jackets inside, or very hot inside when temperatures rose during the day, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, towels, etc. were very worn, nothing like pictures on Vrbo website, and there was no indication by pictures that you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get in cabin, no side or back door available to outside, would definitely would not recommend this cabin, it had a 4.9 status and how did it get that is beyond me

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The thermostat is not remotely controlled by the property owner. Guests can easily adjust the temperature themselves within a comfortable range of **66°F to 72°F** throughout their stay. The difficulties experienced appear to have been related to operating the thermostat rather than a lack of temperature control. Regarding the stairs, our listing includes multiple photographs clearly showing the exterior of the cabin and the flights of stairs required to access the property. We encourage guests to review the listing photographs and property details before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their needs. We also take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming property. We appreciate your feedback regarding the linens and will continue to evaluate their condition as part of our regular property maintenance. Our 4.9-star rating reflects the many positive experiences of previous guests and the care we put into maintaining our property. While we understand that every guest has different expectations, we remain committed to providing a wonderful experience and ensuring our listing accurately represents what guests can expect.

This property is amazing! All of the houses all around are so close to each other and this one is kind of secluded. So peaceful my son loved all the games. It ended up being just an incredible stay because of this place! Thank you so much.

We had a great stay! Check-in was super easy and place was good overall. The drive to the cabin was more hills and sharp turns than we expected but it was no issue at all. Would highly recommend!

Cabin was clean and cozy. The main living space was small, best suited for cooking and dining. The basement rec room was spacious and good for play and football watching. There are a lot of stairs, which are all wood, which could be slippery for little ones, but they do provide baby gates for the stairs.

Great Cabin

Great cabin for our family trip. Location was convenient to activities, but very private. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The main floor living area is small, but it accommodated our group.

House was nice and clean. A little smaller than it looked in the pictures. Needs more seating in kitchen area, extended island top with bar stools would be a great addition. Overall I would stay here again.

The cabin is great; view is beautiful.

Very close to downtown yet secluded enough to be peaceful. We had a small issue at check in that was looked into and quickly resolved. Great communication throughout the stay with the owners/Go Go Rentals. My family enjoyed our stay. We would rent again.

Girls trip to the Smokies

This was a great cabin to stay at. It was very clean and the location was very close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The owner was great to work with. I LOVE the larger bathrooms and having 4 bedrooms for each person was great! I would highly recommend this cabin and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
