Next to the Ritz-Carlton and Beach Place, easily walk to all beach restaurants, bars, shops, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. Short bike or Uber to shops and restaurants on Las Olas. Convenient to airport, Gulfstream racetrack, and Hard Rock Casino! Nearby water taxi stop and golf cart rides to downtown.
Just completed full renovation in December 2021, including kitchen, bath, new washer/dryer, and new wine bar! Entirely brand new, clean condo was ready January 2022.

Great stay

Great location and clean condo. Only thing I had was a small unpleasant interaction with a Karen who was questioning my stay but, other than that, I had a pleasant experience with this place.

Work Trip

My company booked this Vrbo for a month-long work trip for me. The property was very modern and clean. All the appliances worked well. The neighborhood was safe. The beach was a block away from the condo and there was a lot of shopping/ restaurants in the area that I could walk to. Chris was very friendly and quickly responded to any inquiries I had.

Great condo and location

My wife and I spent the month of February here. We had a great stay. The condo was exactly like described. Newly renovated, clean, modern, well equipped. The biggest plus was that there was a washer/dryer in the unit since most units in this building do not. Chris, the owner, was very responsive to any questions and was really on top of things. This building is in a GREAT location. Very walkable to all the best spots on Ft Lauderdale Beach. This unit has an ocean view which was great. The pool and the sundeck looks over the intracoastal and the sunsets over the Ft Lauderdale skyline. The best of both worlds. Another nice thing was that the other owners were very nice to us "renters". That is not always the case in other rentals. We would definitely recommend this unit. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again when back in Ft Lauderdale.

Prime location, 1 block from the beach with intracoastal and ocean views. Perfect spot to enjoy the beach restaurants, bars and shops, in addition to an easy drive to many other south florida attractions.
