5-Star Luxury Condo at Tiffany House, two rooftop pools, one block from beach

Welcome to the jewel of Tiffany House! This 900 sq ft unit on the 4th floor and professionally designed by Steven G. is located one block from the beach, steps away from the Intracoastal and a 7 minute Uber from the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Las Olas Blvd. This modern property was built in 2018 and offers a complete array of hotel-like amenities including two rooftop pools (8th floor and 4th floor), men's and women's sauna, fitness center, theater room, 24 hour security and valet parking (for a fee). Our condo has a spa-like bathroom, modern kitchen and huge patio. The den area contains a brand new queen size murphy bed and there is an in-unit washer/dryer. There is high-speed wi-fi along with a 65 inch smart TV (Firestick) in the living room and a 55 inch smart TV in the bedroom, both with basic cable.

Other things to note:

The 8th floor pool is managed by the Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel and offers food/bar service. Pool hours vary and are subject to private hotel events.

Complimentary beach chairs in front of the W Hotel are available to our guests. Umbrellas can be rented.

Valet parking is 24 hour with unlimited in/out access for $35 per night. Credit card only. Guests staying over 27 nights park for free.

Per Ft. Lauderdale law, we have a Minut noise sensor in the unit. There is a Ring door camera that faces outside to the hallway.

Building management requires a pre-arrival online registration at least 36 hours before check in.

Condo Association rules limit guests to two adults and two children under 18.

Take out trash by taking a right out the door and walking down the hall to the garbage chute
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
