About this property

Direct Oceanfront Bright and Airy Condo

FULLY RENOVATED!

Our oceanfront, second floor condo has the best location in the complex.

This corner unit (A223), gets plenty of light and fresh air. You can watch the shrimping boats and listen to the waves as you drink your morning coffee on the balcony.

To the left, you can see our pool, the largest on the island. It is close enough to be just a few steps away, but far enough to afford plenty of peace and quiet.

Our fully updated condo comfortably sleeps a family of four. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunk beds in the hall. This slice of Heaven includes a full kitchen and a dishwasher for you to enjoy.

The resort has a kiddie pool & playground and is on the most beautiful beach on the island. It is safe and wide, and great for strolling, swimming, biking, or just soaking up the rays.

The property includes 10 lit tennis and Pickleball courts with pro shop and staff, as well as onsite bike, beach chair and umbrella rentals (in season). There are two restaurants on site, a Beach Bar and a miniature golf and Arcade center within easy walking distance.

If you feel like staying in for meals, but don't feel like cooking, Gatorz Sports Bar & Pizza is right on site. At the pool, there is Jamaca Joe'z Beach Bar as well as Jamaica Mon'z ice cream and Snow Conz.

Our condo includes cable TV and a brand new Smart TV. Of course, there is also free WiFi, should you want to stay connected to the outside world!

High Season Booking Policy:
During high season, reservations are Saturday to Saturday only to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly—we appreciate your understanding.

This is a lovely condo & was perfect for my husband & me. The view of the ocean is great, and it is a short walk to the beach and to Jamaica Joe'z Bar. The shower was good, and the bed is comfy.

This space was great! Everything was very clean and updated. The ocean view also cannot be beat. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are also a lot of beach toys and other beach necessities. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children that enjoys this beautiful condo every year without fail. Hilton Head was a big part of growing up for me, with my family buying one of the first units in 1981. Since then, we have enjoyed it for Family Reunions, vacations and even our wedding and honeymoon.

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this unit due to the view and proximity to the beach. Unlike many of the East Coast beaches, once you are at our condo, there is no need to spend your time driving to the beach, parking and feeding the meter every couple of hours. Just leave the condo, go downstairs and walk over the dunes! Hilton Head has grown over the years, but has never lost the Southern Charm. We found the flashing neon signs of other beaches replaced with Spanish Moss hanging off the gigantic Live Oaks.

Many of the family memories we have revolve around our time spent on HHI. My wife and I have also gone down on our own, on-season and off without the kids. The island presents world-class golf, shopping and of course, some of the best cuisine in the world. Whether you're there to spend time with family, golf, or simply to fall in love all over again, this beautiful condo is the perfect spot for you. The Beach and Tennis Resort is quiet and safe. Take advantage the huge beach during the day and then at night, enjoy the beautiful dark night sky while taking long walks down the beach. Activities such as Dolphin Cruises, Kayaking, golf and fishing are only minutes away. So whether you enjoy and active vacation, or you are just hoping to spend some time in the surf relaxing, Hilton Head offers everything you could hope for.
