This property was perfect! The location was great! The condo was very clean and cozy! The hosts were amazing! They made everything so easy, both at check-in and even at checkout. They made sure we were able to reach them if we needed to, but they had everything already waiting on us either in the condo or on the app. We will definitely use them again next year!!

We had a great stay! The condo is well updated, thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for cooking and relaxing, and so close to the beach and pool! We would definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed toiletry wise. Plenty of bath towels. It was nice a cool temperate in the room the whole time. The balcony was so nice to sit out on and the mirror on the balcony was amazing because you could sit on the couch in the living room and see the ocean from looking in that mirror. The fan in the bedroom was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again!

My major complaint about our stay was the beyond horrible noise that my son and I had to deal with due to the resort cleaning the roof of each building. The front desk at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort sent 2 emails to all of the owners, letting them know that roof cleaning would be occurring during certain dates, which happened to coincide with our stay. The condo owners were supposed to send the email to the property management company, who in turn were supposed to let the renters know. I received no such email (neither did the property management company). This condo is on the top floor, and the jackhammer noise that we had to endure for 2 out of 4 days was a nightmare. I did not pay to have to endure this, we wanted and deserved peace and quiet. I asked for a partial refund, and the owner flat out refused. It is beyond ridiculous that we were chased out of the condo because there was no way to stay during the roof cleaning directly above our heads - the extreme noise was horribly nerve-wracking. Shame on the irresponsible owner for not letting us know about the roof cleaning before our trip. Believe me, we won't ever stay in this condo again.

Very pleased. We were able to see the pool and view the ocean from the balcony. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The resort has several dining options and there are lots of activities available around the resort. Would stay here again.
