Farmhouse for up to 12 people in a beautiful hillside location in the Osterzgebirge near Altenberg

The Mühlenhof has a very beautiful hillside location in the middle of a great natural landscape in the Eastern Ore Mountains near Altenberg and the border with the Czech Republic, in an area that became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2019. It lies in the valley of the Wilden Weißeritz and is surrounded by 5 hectares of meadows and forest with 2 streams and a biotope. Hermsdorf, 4 km away, is a state-recognized resort in the landscape and nature reserve of the Eastern Ore Mountains, which is one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. In the area there is a large network of well-signposted hiking trails through meadows, forests and over hills with wonderful views. Here you can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this varied area on long hikes and let your mind wander. It is an ideal accommodation for groups or several families who want to vacation together.

The apartment is located on the upper floor and is divided into two units for 5 and 7 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment, a sauna room and storage rooms. The smaller unit for 5 people has a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace and a sofa bed for a possibly 2 people, a double room, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation unit for 7 people has a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher), 3 double and one single room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a wonderful view. Both apartments have been recently renovated and furnished appropriately.

There are several nice seats and green areas at the house, garden furniture and a grill are available. Next to the farmhouse, the old mill brook splashes into the valley. The extensive property stretches along the Wilden Weißeritz. It is the ideal starting point for long hikes or excursions to Freiberg (30 km), Dresden (35 km), the Elbe Sandstone Mountains (50 km) or Prague (120 km).

In Altenberg, a well-known health resort, there is the thermal bath Raupennest with a great pool and sauna area, a beautiful swimming lake and a summer toboggan run. Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt 12 Personen auf dem Mühlenhof und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen waren mit allem ausgestattet und hatten einen persönlichen Charme. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet mit einer Tischtennisplatte, einen Grill, Gartenmöbel/ Liegen und eine tolle Feuerstelle. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett.

Im urig eingerichteten Ferienhaus fanden wir mit Kindern und Hund für jedes Familienmitglied gute Erholung. Kein Fernseher - Kein Problem. Gesellschaftsspiele und Puzzeln sorgten für genügend Abwechslung und Spaß. Ein empfehlenswertes Urlaubszuhause für alle die bodenständige Ferien machen möchten in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Wanderungen die man direkt vom Haus aus machen kann sind richtig gut und teilweise auch anstrengend. Unseren Hunden hat es auch sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überein. Wer Luxus braucht ist hier verkehrt und Fernseher gibt es auch nicht aber dafür ausreichend Natur pur. Wir können dieses Haus für Natur Liebhabern weiterempfehlen

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit im und am Haus. Besonders schön waren die Essenszeiten draußen in der Sonne und am Lagerfeuer. Für Unternehmungen braucht es auf alle Fälle ein Auto, obwohl um das Haus auch eine schöne Gegend ist.

Winterferien-Rettung

Wir waren alle begeistert, da wir eine Unterkunft in dieser Form bisher nicht gefunden hatten. Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit dem Charme eines alten Gemäuers, alles ganz sauber und aufgeräumt, alles da was man braucht. Die Sauna verleiht dem Ganzen einen Hauch von Luxus. Ich wüde jedem raten Hausschuhe mitzubringen, denn es ist etwas fußkalt. Leider hatten wir keinen Schnee, war aber trotzdem sehr schön, besonders der so gesunde, grüne Fichtenwald hat uns begeistert. Die Umgebung eignet sich auf alle Fälle für einen Familienurlaub, da es schöne und auch nicht so lange Wandewege gibt und man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern, hatten das haus für uns, konnten Musizieren und haben uns sehr frei gefühlt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Sehr freundliche, sympatische Vermietung!

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren 8 erwachsene Personen und die Unterbringung war für uns optimal. In den Betten konnte man gemütlich schlafen. Die Küchen waren sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle italienische Gewürzmischungen wurden vom Hausherren bereitgestellt, die für mediterrane Urlaubsstimmung und Nachbestellung gesorgt haben. Gartenmöbel etc war alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Wir konnten viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wiederkommen.

Ein schönes erholsames langes Wochenende

Eine tolle Lage am Bach! Spielfeld und Tischtennis und Lagerfeuer sehr schön! Für Gruppen mit 10-12Leuten und mit Kindern ideal. Gute Literatur im Buchschrank. Wohnungen sind einfach eingerichtet aber es war alles da, was man brauchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig im ländlichen Dorf. Platz und Einrichtung sind einfach aber ausreichend. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Tage in der Natur. Es war recht kalt als wir ankamen, nach 24Std war es einigermaßen warm. Das Wasser aus der Quelle ist Eisenhaltig wie viele Orte in Erzgebirge. Wir sind gespannt wie hoch die Nebenkosten sind (extra abzurechnen)

Wunderbare Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren für 5 Tage mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) in den beiden zusammenhängenden Ferienwohnungung. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation lief vorab reibungslos und Eduard hat uns in Empfang gekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für eine erholsame Zeit. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Schneewetter, denn direkt am Haus befindet sich der Rodelhang des Ortes.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft in schöner Lager

Tolles Objekt um mit Familie und Freunden die Natur zu genießen. Sogar unseren Hund durften wir mitnehmen. Sauna, Bachlauf, viele Schlafzimmer, zwei Küchen und Bäder, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn man es im Urlaub ohne TV aushält und keine 5* Unterkunft erwartet wird man hier sehr zufrieden sein.

Schöner Gruppenurlaub in Seyde

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dem Mühlenhof in Seyde. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Die Sauna war dann noch ein schönes Extra. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, so dass man dort hervorragend abschalten kann. Wir konnten von dort aus schöne Wanderungen und Radtouren starten. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De woning is niet erg luxe maar voldoet wel aan alles wat je dagelijks gebruikt. Wij een klein groepje motorrijders hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad.

Kurzfristig ungeplanter, schöner Aufenthalt

Aufgrund der Corona-Regelungen hinsichtlich Tschechien mussten wir sehr kurzfristig einen Alternativreiseort finden. Dies gelang uns und wir erhaschten mit diesem Objekt einen regelrechten Glücksgriff. Die Lage ist sehr schön, in jede Richtung kann bei Bedarf einfach losgestiefelt werden, in Altenberg und Umgebung gibt es auch noch genug zu unternehmen. Für unsere Gruppe war das Objekt optimal geeignet!
