Total floor space: 84 m² including attic areas. Private outdoor dining area in front of the entrance to the cottage. Terraced house in a residential area, 300 m from Viviers du lac, a shopping town overlooking Lake Bourget. Pleasantly furnished gite under the roof, with reversible air conditioning. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shelter. Bus stop 100 m away to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1 connecting the SNCF station and the marina). Private parking in front of the cottage. 2 km from Lake Bourget, the Mottets leisure center and the swimming beaches. Cycle paths along the lake towards Aix les Bains and Chambéry. Port of Aix les Bains 8 km away.

PARFAIT ! Le logis est très joli, adapté, très bien équipé (il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut) et surtout très propre. La piste cyclable est juste à coté de la maison. Jean et son épouse nous ont accueillis avec une extreme gentillesse.Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons.

Appartement très grand, belle pièce de vie, cuisine ouverte bien équipée, chambre propre agréable avec dressing . Grande salle de bain.Bon accueil par le propriétaire très serviable.Près des commerces et prés des montagnes.Très calme. Juste un petit souci les moustiques. 2
