And don't forget the property has a detached 1 stall garage with alley access to give even more storage. The community amenities include 8000 square foot resort-style clubhouse, resort-style heated pool and spa, lazy river, fitness center, poolside cabana's, on-site store, playground, volleyball, tennis, basketball, game room, restaurant, bar, relaxing lounge area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, TVs and much more.
