We always appreciate valuable feedback from our guests and the ability to improve our overall guest experience. We are actually a very involved management company that works really hard to always provide and exceptional guest experience. To suggest otherwise is honestly just completely unsubstantiated and unfair. This entire narrative is all because the guest was upset that there was not a kayak/canoe at the house. The listing did not/should not show that one is provided because it is not. (1 Ply Toilet Paper) We do provide toilet paper in each bathroom but it is not 1 ply. If that was what was on the holder, it's most likely because that was what the previous guest had there. There were other rolls in the bathroom that were of better quality because that is what we provide. (Sleeping on Sheets) We do provide sheets so that guests do not sleep directly on the mattress/mattress pad!?!? All we simply ask is that you sleep on sheets or sheets we provide. (Posted Check-in/Check-out Time) Check-in and Check-out time is clearly posted in the listing information and our correspondence throughout the booking process. We are always more than happy to provide an early check-in or late check-out. All you have to do is ask. (Taking the Trash Out) We have maintenance come by and pick up the trash at check out to save our guests a trip to the local waste convenience center. All we ask is that it is bagged and placed in the trash receptacle outside. We ask this so that our maintenance staff is not having to go in and out of the homes rounding up trash. It's a simple respectful request. (Parking) There is plenty of parking in the driveway and also on the street in-front of the house.
