This property is exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-appointed and in a fantastic location. We especially loved the layout, ample space, and multiple outside areas. If this one is available, don’t hesitate!

Even though we had rainy weather, the house provided us with everything we could ask for to make the most out of the days we were there! The host was very good about communicating with us if we had questions, the rooms were clean and the views were fantastic! We even saw dolphins!

A weekend at Chincoteague

Outstanding!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while working at nearby Wallops Island. Extremely clean, well maintained, perfect location, etc. Will definitely be back for any future visits!

Best time

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful little town In this very nice property.The location was so perfectly situated on the island across the way from the little town on the water. Beautiful views just had a great time there with every convenience check in was so easy I would rent this property again thank you so much.

Beautiful house, fantastic location!

We had such a wonderful time at Captain’s Rest! The house was not only beautiful but also we’ll equipped - we were so impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was as well as all of the children’s books and toys. The property was clean, the location was fantastic and our whole group had a wonderful time - we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Only a couple suggestions-add a TV to the double single room and put garbage cans in all bedrooms. Really enjoyed out stay.

Perfect Vacation Home

Beautiful location and home! Would definitely book this home again when visiting Chincoteague! My family and I enjoyed everything this home had to offer! Spacious, clean, and every amenity you could imagine! Fishing and crabbing right in the back yard! Check in process was smooth and easy. The perfect getaway vacation home!

Great stay

We loved our Mother’s Day weekend getaway. It was the off season and we ended up in a Terrible storm. The house was perfect for us. The only downfall was the fans not working in the two bedrooms.

Perfect Getaway!

We had the best time at Captain’s Rest! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. Our favorite part was the amazing views from all the decks. We saw dolphins and all sorts of wildlife every morning and evening. We would love to come back! It’s a gem!

Comfortable and beautiful

Extremely nice townhouse in a cool location surrounded by water. Everything was in perfect new condition and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were some fun toys for the kids as a bonus. Tranquil setting and extremely fun vacation!

Great stay

Wonderful stay. Condo was immaculate. Beautiful sunsets and out of the way of Chincoteague traffic. Highly recommend! our stay was a little late in the season so many activities and restaurants were Shut down. Will come a little earlier next time

Exceeded Expectations

Our townhome lived up to its description and then some. It was sparkling clean. We like to cook and eat in and It had the best equipped kitchen of any condo/townhome we have ever rented. Location-wise it was close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Peace and quiet

The condo was very clean, well equipped with comfortable furniture and beds. There are a lot of stairs so it might be difficult for some to manage, but once in the living room the view of the water is lovely. The wildlife refuge is well worth visiting, and it was so nice to see a completely unspoiled beach on Assateague.
