Grafton Getaway @ Farm is a secluded 23 acre property with chickens, ducks, fishing, wooded walking trail, and barn hayloft sleeping quarters. The Farm is one of 8 Grafton Getaway Guesthouses and is just 10 minutes from Grafton and 38 minutes from Lambert St Louis airport

Amenities are plentiful at our hobby farm:
*hammocks, swings, and a putting green
*trampoline, bbq grill (gas & propane), ping pong, mega yard chess, and kids zone in barn
*smokeless Tiki firepit with free firewood along with a gas fire pit in the Gazebo
*classic record player and complimentary coffee/tea/hot choc in the full kitchen
*foosball, free fiber WiFi, free naps, frisbee golf
*82 inch smart Tv for rainy days or to watch our fav DVD - "Funny Farm"
*additional smart Tv's in master suite and basement

Listen to the sounds of nature (songbirds, cows, hawks, coyotes) as you will not hear any highway. Step outside to see if our chickens have produced farm fresh eggs for you (they lay more eggs when happy, so be sure to smile at them during check in), and scan our pear/peach/apple trees for a ripe fruit. Then find inspiration for your next travel journey in our "Adventure Room" complete with books, maps, and travel trinkets from our own adventures. Next, grab our fishing gear and try for a bass or perch or catfish (catch and release). Then relax in our hammock or gazebo or walk along our wooded trail which has benches to sit for a bit to read, relax, contemplate, or meditate.

We utilize staggered pricing so that smaller groups pay less than larger groups. Inquire if further questions. Some weekends have a minimum guest count. Pet fee is $65. Guests at hotels call the front desk when they need something...if ever during a stay you feel your satisfaction is not at a 5-star level please call/text us right away, while you are still with us, so we can remedy the situation and make your stay all you hoped it would be.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We utilize staggered pricing. Starting with the 4th guest the rate rises by $30 per person per night. High season weekends have a minimum guest count
All special events must be approved prior to booking. Also, the pet fee is a one time $65
Evidence of smoking in the home or cigarette butts on the ground will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee. Please respect the property.

What a beautiful property! Lots of room to roam inside and out! The house seems never ending with lots of room to spread out. Everything is clean and updated. Love the labels on everything from lights switches to community fridge. Makes the stay so much simpler. The host has thought of everything!! Outside the garage game room and the barn game rooms look great for kids (and young at heart adults!) My favorite though was meeting Gary, the duck and the resident chickens. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The Grafton Getaway farmhouse is a beautiful place to host a reunion! It is just secluded enough to enjoy peaceful nights around the fire or watch ducks on the pond, but close enough to town to visit local hot spots. My group caught some breathtaking sunrises and sunsets during our trip. Brandon, the host, was incredible! He was very communicative throughout our 6 day stay and answered any questions we had quickly. The "take what you need, leave what you want" pantry was well stocked with spices and other necessities. I look forward to hosting another reunion at the Grafton Getaway!

Our host, Brandon, was great. He provided us with information about local events happening during our stay and made sure to be available with anything that we needed. The amenities at the farm was amazing. Our family was highly entertained the whole time. There was something for everyone to do. There was so many options for sleeping. The Harry Potter room was a big hit for the kiddos. We loved hanging out by the pond. We fished and boated.

Absolutely loved our stay at the farm. Well equipped and clean. Owner was a delight to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Lots to explore and enjoy on the farm. We really didn't want to leave, but we were close to St Louis and spent time at Six Flags. Enjoyed exploring Grafton and Alton. So many great places to eat. This was a family trip to introduce our new foster, and hopefully soon adopted, granddaughter to the entire family. So it is a trip we will remember.

Perfect place

The house was incredible we kept finding new charming things around every corner and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our friends before the day of their wedding. There is so much to do all around the property. Incredibly memorable and scenic location.
