This is a very clean, nice home located right on the main strip through Grafton. Check in was seamless, and the outdoor deck and fire pit made our stay even better. We will definitely choose this property in the future.

Thank you so much. We look forward to hosting you again.😍
Family and friends came together to celebrate the life of my husband who passed a few months ago. It was great to have my extended family together - we had the best time!!
Everything was perfect for my family! With adult children, we had the perfect amount of space. The description is spot on for what it is. Plenty of towels and supplies to make things easy. I would suggest this as a great spot to stay in

Thank you so much. We enjoyed hosting you and hope you come back to Grafton and stay at the county Inn again.😍
Awesome host who was in contact with us several times during our stay to inquire if we needed anything. The house was exactly as it was advertised and we were very comfortable there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The property was very dated. We saw dead mice in the back hallway. There was no stove to cook breakfast or dishwasher to clean dirty dishes.. The sink in the downstairs area was very small. The toilets and plumbing were very unpredictable. One of the toilets backed up after normal use. The beds were adequate and there were enough of them to accommodate the ten of us. The location was very convenient to walking to the downtown area. There was plenty of parking for us.

Yes, in the back hallway where guest normally don’t go it’s a separate entrance that comes in from the back door, but there are other doors that go into the house. We do have mouse traps there in case anything would come in. There was a mouse in the trap unfortunately it looked like it’s snuck in and had been there for quite some time. We have guests continually all summer and we have a very big outdoor area that guests like to enjoy and often leave the doors open while they’re out on the deck.We have the exterminator coming out today just to be sure there’s not another one.
In the description, it says there is not a stove. There are two toaster ovens, two microwaves and two refrigerators and a barbecue grill. It also says in the description that it is a very old historic house. It is updated and all of the linens are new including the towels. We have had nothing but positive feedback so I’m really sorry this guest didn’t enjoy it. I hope they find somewhere else in town that they enjoy coming to because Grafton is a great city.😍
The place is perfect for anything you want to do on Main Street. Great Food, Shopping, atmosphere. Loved coming back and enjoying our nights on the deck.

We had 8 people for my son’s birthday and everyone had plenty of space. Big nice deck with lots of chairs and tables. Great location to walk to Loading Dock and several other bars and restaurants. Our host was easy to contact and quick to respond! We will return to this house again.

Had a great time. Location is close to restaurants, bars, etc. The home was clean and comfortable. The deck was great!! Most of the time we spent at the house was on the deck.

Thank you. We really enjoyed hosting you. Hope you come stay again.
Count Me In was a good place for 3 couples to relax and enjoy. The big old house allows for personal space as well as communal. Great deck and tv room. The kitchen is sparse, you definitely can’t cook there. It’s nothing fancy but comfortable and clean!

Oh, I hate that we only received eight out of 10 stars that really hurts our rating as we are very new. When you go on Vrbo, it does state there isn’t a stove. We do have two big toaster ovens, we have a barbecue grill and two microwaves, but we do not have a stove in there! Hopefully you still enjoyed your weekend.
Thank you so much. We hope to host you again sometime.😍

My husband, son and I live in Grafton and also own the Grafton Pub. I was recently elected an alderman in the town of Grafton. We really enjoy living here with all of the outdoor and fun things to do.
Why they chose this property
Grafton is a very fun and unique town. Makes a great little getaway.
What makes this property unique
Our property is 180 years old but yes, we have updated it! It still is an old quirky property, but is great for large groups. We recently rebuilt the outdoor patio and it is beautiful.
