Easy boating access to world class speck and bass fishing on the St. John’s river or crescent lake. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dirty dishes. Remove all trash & please place trash bins on the curb.
Gather towels & place them in the bathtub. Turn off lights & please set all Air Conditioners to 78 (during warm months) or Set Heat to 68 (in the winter)
Please return patio furniture to its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please be respectful & do not litter outside.
