Brand new luxury condo on Central ave in downtown Whitefish!!!

One of the newest buildings just completed in city centre Whitefish on the quietest part of Central Ave. Located just one block to all city centre Whitefish restaurants, shops, nightlife and the snow bus stop to the ski hill. A coffee shop, Sweet Peaks ice cream, Great Northern Cyclery and more are located on the same block. This residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of city centre Whitefish. The condo consists of 2 full bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit is located on the second level with easy access to city centre Whitefish. There is a beautiful balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living room has an open concept living room and kitchen. There is gas fireplace to cosy up next to after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stainless steel appliances. You will love your stay here in city centre Whitefish. The unit has air conditioning, an underground car park space for one vehicle and an lift to access your floor. The car park has an entrance height of no more than 76 inches. Also, an additional rooftop patio just opened for guests to use, which boasts a fireplace, grill and chairs to enjoy. Keurig style coffee maker.

The Central Ave condo is located directly city centre and just a block from all shops, restaurants and bars of beautiful city centre Whitefish. The Whitefish River is a few streets away and a beautiful walking path takes you along the Whitefish River to Whitefish Lake city beach. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 blocks from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 30 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.

Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a holiday in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theatre …the activities are endless. A Great downtown Whitefish location. Convenient to all Central Ave has to offer. The Condo was clean and very well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Garage parking was very helpful. Perfect spot if you have a Wedding to attend, Glacier National Park to visit or just enjoy this amazing part of Montana.

Great property. Very clean, and the location can’t be beat. We were super comfortable. It could use a few more amenities to make it excellent. Also, if you sleep with the window open there are some mechanical sounds from somewhere that are on all night. But the AC works great if you don’t need fresh air like I do.

Property is in an excellent location with parking. It was clean and well equipped. Had a little issue with the temperature control, a too cold and couldn't get thermostat above 69, but otherwise everything worked out fine. We just turned the system off when it got too cold. Would stay again and recommend others to stay with them as well.

The condo was new, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. We were impressed with how quiet it was knowing we had neighbors throughout the building. We especially liked that it had a parking garage since it snowed in May. It was a little tricky to find the entrance as the condo is located on the second floor of a multi use building commercial/residential. A picture or explanation of where the lobby was located would've been nice. Overall, that was the only hitch we had. More than happy with our stay!

Wonderful Whitefish Stay

We are first time visitors to Whitefish. Condo is located on the center of downtown and convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, coffee and spas. Also very convenient drive to Glacier National Park, where we spent lots of time. Looking forward to next visit!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was well equipped, decorated nice and comfortable beds. It was right downtown in Whitefish close to shopping and restaurants and about 30 minutes to Glacier.
