INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice relaxing stay

This property was very clean, and perfect beach view location . The pool was nice and they have good food downstairs at the cafe .

My only complaint was that our room changed from our original booking and to my knowledge we were not notified. The condo we ended up staying in was said to be comparable and I assume it was, I would have preferred being notified of the change. All that said with all the cancellations you keep hearing about being moved certainly beats that! The pool was great amd big enough to not feel cramped even when it was crowded.

The pictures and description were spot on

Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. The condo was clean, but we felt that the floors could have been cleaned better. We loved the convenience of the tiki bar and food to purchase. The only negative is that the pool had to close twice in our 9 day stay due to families not placing the proper swim diapers on small children. There should be an arrangement with tower 1 and 2 in the event that this happens.

First time "snowbirds"

The condo was exactly as represented which was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Management was easy to work with and provided complete written directions. They also responded quickly to minor glitches using the TV and pool assess. Do note, there is a difference between "beach view" and "beachfront". Also be aware some "extras" are not available until March. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Pool was closed, garage parking was a hassle as they were power washing floors for 2 weeks microwave was broken

Vacation at Panama City Beach

Beautiful building and amenities. Had issues with parking pass. Was a hassle the whole vacation. 3rd floor is central hub. Must go to 3rd floor to load and unload and get to your rooms. Had to cross a breeze way to get to your level. Elevators would close on you and you’d have to ride to what ever floor pressed the button. Parking nightmares with third floor being mail n hub. Wine glasses still had lipstick on them from prior guests. Floors so dirty out feet were black on the bottoms. Had to were shoes to keep feet clean. Overall vacation had a lot to be desired.
