Beautiful and cozy home away from home

This home was beautiful and had plenty of space for our needs. From the pictures couldn't figure out the layout but once we got here everything was great. The kitchen dishes and appliances could have been cleaner, we had to wash almost everyting before using but thankfully we come prepared to do so, so it still wasn't the worst thing ever. The feel of the community you just automatically feel relaxed and at home!

Great house with some management issues

It was a wonderful house and community. However, we were short some necessary towels in the bathrooms. We only had two hand towels and 2 washcloths for a family of 8 people. The gas grill had an empty canister in it, so grilling wasn't an option. Otherwise, my family had a very enjoyable visit.

Beautiful Home and Great location, some improvement needed

The home was stunning! Location and amenities were fantastic! Here are some comments on what needs improvement as it seems to be a new rental: We were surprised to find out upon arrival, there is construction on BOTH sides of the home. With temporary port-o-potties. The workers were respectful but keep in mind, they do need to hammer, use their saws, etc. early in the AM. It was also just a big eye sore. We had HVAC problems upon arrival and it took about 24 hours to get the situation fixed. There are no beach towels, chairs or bikes. Most homes in this neighborhood have these items. The water hose at the back of the property did not work so there was no washing station for after beach time. The ice maker did not dispense ice. You could manually pull it from the bin. There was no propane in the gas grill. It is your responsibility to refill, per management. We did not want to incur the expense for a few dinners. The grill needs a good cleaning and new cleaning brush. 1 TV upstairs did not work. 1 room did not have batteries in the remote and cords / games to the XBOX - this would be great to advertise so families bring their own games!

Although the location was good I do not think we would stay here again. The house has a good floor plan but it didn't seem clean. The kitchen floor was sticky, shampoo and conditioner was stuck on the master shower wall and trash had been left in the upstairs bathroom. There was also a wristband missing when we arrived.

Beautiful, clean & comfortable.

Very nice house, in an exclusive gated community with an incredible community pool overlooking the Topsail Hill Preserve. Took only a few minutes to get to the beach on golf cart or bikes. Thanks for a memorable vacation with my family!
