Please remove used bedding and place on top of the beds and used towels in the bathroom hamper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must reside over 75 miles from Murfreesboro, TN and must be over the age of 21. Otherwise your reservation will need to be cancelled.
If the home, smells like smoke after checkout, whether smoking occurred in the home or not, the guests will be charged a $300 fee.
